Hybrid life
Kat:
Slithering down the muddy path carrying my things in a box and clothes in my bag that I had on, looking up to see Zach walking out of his new house he had just moved into I wave to him. “Hay Kat!” I smiled and nodded at him, as he smiled back at me “So you coming in or not? I have a room ready for you and everything” I follow him in as he leads me to a large room. I gasped in amazement I set down my things on the floor and walked over to a small stage with a microphone in the center. I look over to the back of the stage and see a TV i look at the rest of the room seeing a sofa pointing towards the stage. On the other side of the room, there is a cave-like structure with a flat fluffy surface on top of it representing a bed I look into the structure and see that the walls are made of bookshelves of music discs and sheets. I lean up straight and look over at Zach who’s leaning against the door smiling, I feel tears in my eyes and slide over to hug Zach I sign ‘Thank you’ to him before squeezing him in a hug wrapping my long body around him and feeling him hug back.
Zach:
I am used to this thing by now feeling her hug me like that. Hearing the door to the house open I quickly pull away “Lily is back” I say quietly signaling her to let go, she lets go unwrapping herself from around me. Lily my girlfriend is very picky and doesn't like me to be by many girls, but she makes an exception for Kat because we told her she is a lesbian which is a small white lie. I Hear her leave again and sigh, Kat and Lily don't get along that well but I like them both and belive they can get along eventually. I had spent days working on Kats room knowing she has never had a room like this before, “Im going to go unpack some things in the other rooms ‘ll call when its time to eat. I have fish your faviorite” I say waving as I exit the room.
