"This story has a lot of information essential to understanding the plot of the story. It’s important to pay close attention to the details because it makes the whole story more interesting and wonderful. Even though the things going on are intense the humor the author brings to the story and characters is hilarious and heartwarming. I love Seri and his strong beliefs and devotion but he is a silly sweetheart. Kia is also sweet and kind but shy and unsure. I’m glad Ravi and Kia are able to stay close and help each other. Absolutely love this fantastic story. Great job author. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series. 💞🩷💞"
Refreshing plotline
"First off, apologies to the author for taking so long to read this. I'm not quite finished yet, but I'm more than halfway through, so I wanted to go ahead and leave a review while I have a good sense of the book. The plot is different in a good way from other books on this site, and the beginning is intriguing enough to keep people reading. The characters themselves have distinct personalities, and I think the bond between the twin brothers is one of my favorite relationships in this book. The way they know each other so well and are supportive no matter what is a lovely touch. There is a lot going on in this world, and readers have to pay close attention to the backstory behind the shapeshifters and the other creatures inhabiting this world too. It got a little confusing for me at times to keep up with all the characters that were thrown in and how they related to everything. Sometimes it can be confusing to tell who is speaking during dialogue as well when descriptions are used instead of names, though I do understand the want to not be repetitive. Overall, this is definitely a refreshing read for this site, and I have enjoyed the journey so far. "
Captivating Fantasy Romance
"I'll admit that what my friends call "furry" romances are not what I usually attempt to read. That said, I'm really glad I chose to give this story a try. I'm writing this review before finishing the story, but I wanted to get a message out there and to the author. The Dreamers has a richly and beautifully detailed backstory that I found very original while also being grounded in reality. There is so much fascinating development of the non-human characters that I became glad they were not human (I kind of want a beautiful, shapeshifting cat boyfriend myself now). I am very interested in both the relationship between the characters and the conflicts in the broader world. There is a lot of intense emotion and description that honestly crosses the boundary from romance into erotica, but I could not get enough of those scenes because there is so much rich emotion and connection between the characters as well as just the right touch of humor and innocence. I think the author does extremely well exploring emotions and desires with immediate intensity while keeping everything connected to the story's larger lore and conflict. There is a lot going on in the story, but it is nicely paced, and I never felt lost or disconnected from what was going on. I hope more people will give this story a read!"
