Chapter One: The Meeting

The leopards left their home to search for threats or prey. That’s when something happened. Winter saw a firefly that caught her eye. “Guys, lets go after that fly! It’s stunning!” They chased after the firefly until it stopped glowing. When they stopped chasing it, they were somewhere different. “Where are we?” Pixel chirped. “It seems like some sort of cave,” Misty responded. “Water!” Everest yelped. As soon as Everest’s paw made contact with the water, a glow came out of it. They were too stunned to speak. A snowy owl spirit came right out of the water.

“Hello young ones! I am the Spirit of the Snow.” It said in a calm tone. Pixel was filled with questions. “Where do bab-“ The spirit covered his mouth with its wing. “Calm down, Pixel.” He looked extremely offended. “For starters, how do you know my name? What do you wa-“ The owl cut him off. “I need you all to do something I never could while I was alive.” The leopards all looked intrigued. “I need you to protect the mountains where your mother once roamed.” Misty lifted her brows. “How do you expect us to do that?” The owl looked shocked. “You all are big cats! Four big cats! You all have thick fur and huge claws! How could you not?” Winter did some fashion poses when she realized how cool she actually was. “Ok, leopards. You know what you’re doing. Go! Each second here is a second the mountains aren’t guarded,” the owl hooted. “Uh, we don’t know the way! Why did you spawn in a maze?” Pixel complained. The spirit spawned the firefly. “Just follow it out.” They left to chase aft it.

“What are we going to protect the mountains from?” Asked Pixel. “Flying space aliens.” Winter groaned sarcastically. “No, of course we’re protecting it from humans and predators, genius!” She backed her ears. “Shut it!” Snapped Misty. “Hearing you two constantly hissing at each other is damaging to the eardrum!”
