Chapter 1
It was a normal day in sedway Middle School. The four friends Fred, Noah, Amiya, and khloe were excited for the field trip to the science center today. When they were walking into class, Noah said “Are you guys ready to go to the science center today?” “Yeah I’m going to touch all of the buttons and levers.” said Khloe “what is it with levers and buttons with you?” Amiya asked, “They meant to be pushed and pulled.” She responded.
Noah was a native american that was 5 foot 8 inches tall kid that wasn’t weak and wasn’t the strongest kid and was extremely outgoing. Fred was a shorter white kid that wasn’t a talkative type. Amiya was White tall girl that was the smartest of them and yet one of the funniest. Khloe was a normal height Mexican that was a smart and relatively cautious person.
They all sat down at their desks just as their teacher, Ms. Joslynn, walked in. “Good morning class, I hope you are all excited for today’s field trip.” The class cheered because they were excited for the trip. “Okay settle down, settle down class, we are going to do the buddy system. Make eight groups of four.” After a couple of minutes they all were in the groups and as usual, Noah, Amiya, Khloe, and Fred were in a group. As they were walking out Anthony, Fred’s Bully, pushed Fred to the ground with a smug look on his face. “Ha, it’s like you got smaller.” He taunted “Pick on someone your own size” Noah said defensively “Ya Ya.” Said Amiya and Khloe. “You’re not even worth my time.” he said while he was walking away. “You need to stick up for yourself,” Said Khloe. Fred just shrugged, he wasn’t the talking type. When they got to the science center Ms. S said to stay in groups. As they were wandering around they ran into Anthony. “Oh it’s you twerps” He said with a smug face on, “Leave us alone.” Said Amiya “Ha im never going to stop. Wait, I have an idea, I saw a door that said employee only and if you guys go in I’ll stop bullying you for the rest of the year.” He said with a smug face. “No, why would we do that?!” Noah said with shock. “Maybe we could.” Fred muttered. “Wait, why?!” Amiya said loudly “I was just thinking” “Fine i’m in.” Khloe spoke up. Noah and Amiya looked at each other and sighed but reluctantly agreed. As they walked through the door they saw a portal with a bluish aura. “Okay we came into the room, can we go now.” said Noah “Wait look at it it’s beautiful.” Khloe said, obviously mesmerized. “Bye losers,” Anthony said as he pushed them all in.
