Prologue

Dear Diary,

Do you recall about the contest I entered a couple of months ago? The one that looks a little too good to be true. Well, they’re announcing the winner tomorrow. I’m both anxious and excited at the same time. Do you think I have a chance to win? I think I did good.

Did I tell you the winner gets a seven-days trip to Thailand, all expenses paid! Holy macaroni, I really want that trip. I’ve never been to Asia before. This would be an amazing opportunity, don’t you think?

Well, fingers crossed!

I’ll keep you updated.

p/s: Diary, I think we’ve passed the acquaintanceship phase, I’m not calling you Diary anymore. Can I call you Suzy?
