Feels Unfinished

"Was surprised the author at the end asked for a review; was just going to leave a comment. But since they want it...I'm assuming this is still a work in progress? 'Chapter 1' just says 'start writing here', which I can only imagine is a phantom chapter that hasn't been deleted, even though the work has been made available. The story...was there, I suppose; feels more like a blog post or a one Chapter kind of thing. In addition, the grammar and punctuation could stand with some editing. Again...I was just going to leave a comment, but the writer specifically asked for a review"
