Cute Story, Needs More Plot

"While replying to comments with the author I found out this short story was created specifically for an Inkitt contest. With that being said, my review is going to be based off the plot and will not include grammatical mistakes as this story remains largely unedited. Ash is a shy guy with a more outgoing friend group who take him to a local bar near their college. After one to many drinks, Ash is caught unaware by a mugger and saved by a handsome bouncer from the bar. After exchanging numbers, a cute relationship blossoms between Ash and Jasper who happens to also be a famous boxer. This is a male on male romance and centers on two distinctly different personalities: the shy, reserved effeminate male, and the outgoing, masculine male. I liked the dichotomy of the two and felt the pair complimented each other throughout the story, and as we see later on, seem to rub off on each other. While their meet-cute is rather exciting, Jasper comes off as a little strong for having just met Ash. With Ash being so reserved, one would think the forward advances of Jasper may have been off-putting. However, Ash seems just as eager for companionship and willingly accepts Jasper and his dominating personality. The story itself is a little rushed, but that's to be expected from a short erotic romance - heavy on erotic. The scenes are steamy and the characters are likeable. The author did place some plot points in the story to make it more interesting. I would've liked to see a little more detail and more fleshed out plot, but it's understandable. If you want a quick, erotic read, this would be a story for that. There were many grammatical mistakes, but if you're just reading for the explicit scenes, then they can be overlooked."
