World of Ai

The sun was blooming and the clouds were flowing; the day was bright and beautiful to be in. The afternoon atmosphere was coming upon, as the day was going so well. The same can’t be said for somebody who life wasn’t feeling so real.

A student who just got off of school was walking from school, with his hoodie on his head and on the sidewalk after the bed dropped him off. Well a lot of stuff happens today, but yet nothing even came to me. Why am I so boring? That something I’m trying to find out. The student thought to himself, making his way to his door and scrubbing his foot off of his mat.

Entering into house, he heard a voice greeting him. “Welcome home sweetie!” Calling from the kitchen; making dinner for tonight.

“Thanks mother!” He said while taking his shoes off and start heading to his room, but was stopped by his mother. “How was school?” She asked her son, while looking back at him.

“It’s was pretty fine!” He said excited with a smile on his face; even though he was just lying but couldn’t see his mother worried for such small things. “That good! Dinner is going to be ready soon.”

Lee nodded his head and went into his room, closing his door and lying down on his bed. “God, why does my life got to be so meaningless?” He went to his phone to open TikTok. “What?! It’s got ban?” He threw his bed away from his face.

Now, with no excuse of being lazy and just doing nothing all day; he just sat up and start thinking to himself. Woah when you thought doing nothing wasn’t almost achieve, TikTok just had to get ban so now I got nothing at all. What do my nothingness and boring life means now? Lee’s head was flowing with many thoughts but his phone start ringing.

“Hello?” Lee said, picking up the phone. “YO!”

“Kyler?” Lee asked, while looking at his screen to see his contact name and gave himself a little mood change. “What you calling for?” He asked his best friend.

“THEY BANNNN TIKTOK!!!” Kyler yelled in a playful sad and crying tone, making Lee just react so clueless and just processing the information. “Well damn what we going to do about that?” Lee asked while Kyler was still ‘sobbing’ on the phone. “COME OVER!”

Lee sighed, and press his phone to his ear. “I don’t think my mother would allow me to come over to your house.” Kyler just mumbled a little bit, but breathing in and out. “Go and ask her!” Lee already knowing the answer just put Kyler on hold and start heading out. “Hey mother can I go over to my friend house?” The mother was feeling some type of good mood today, like very good mood because she flipped around and gave a big smile then nodded yes.

Wait she actually letting me go over to his house? Maybe this could help with my issues and regain my composure at least. Lee thanked his mother and told Kyler about it, then they talked about their daily live.

The weekend,

Lee and Kyler were hanging out each other for the entire weekend. Playing games, watching movies they love and making one of another entrained. This pace of change made Lee’s quiet and depressing demeanor turns into more relaxed and clam demeanor; he really admires Kyler for being there for him.

Lee and Kyler was chilling in Kyler’s room; chatting and trying to play games to entertain them until Kyler’s smirked and pulled out his phone. “I got an idea! Want to try an app for funny stuff?”

“And where you get this app from?” Lee asked, putting an eyebrow up of suspicion. “My friend sent the app to me, and informed me about it. It’s also free on the store app; so we should try it out!” Lee just shake his head and came to his side, then the boys start searching for the app.

After downloaded the app, Kyler and Lee saw the graphics it’s made their eyes twitch with shock and their eyes widen of seeing how hyper realistic. The gameplay was smooth and nice too! “What this game call again?” Lee asked, flipping his way to his friend who was completely locked into the game.

“World of Ai” Kyler said, making Lee very taking a liking to it; the name of the app was very clear and simple but yet so heavy to him. “Imagining being in a world controlled by Ais!”

“Yeah I know! Let get this game on the ro-.” Kyler stopped his sentence when his eye detected something pixel in the corner; making Lee follow his eyes and meeting with that same pixel. “Uhh? This game might have its hyper hyper realistic.” Lee stand up and look around, then his hands start glitching out. “WHAT THE HELL?!”

Kyler tried to go for the phone and turned it off but his body got stuck by some glitchy projectile, sending Kyler into a state of walking mindless trying to keep his consciousness. “KYLER!”

Lee screamed for his name, while trying to run over to him. The room started glowing hardly and the glitches effects was amplifying too in the process. Can’t be weak now! I can help him! I can sa…..

Lee’s eyes felt heavy and vision begin to blur down, while his body start falling down to the distorted ground. Crashing down causing him to pass out.

“You two will miss this world….but this is the beginning of your new life. Now go save yourself from your pasts…” A voice of god said to the knocked out duo, before making their leave.

Lee’s eyes awakened and see himself in a whole different place, with his body feeling way off. He looked down at his hand and start shaking immediately before standing up; looking at the mirror.



“What the?” Lee looked shocked and touching his face of his new looks but before he could even process it. A sound of the door was opened and he turned around to see a brownish skin lady standing in the doorway with a smile on her face.

“Good morning to you, brother.” Lee’s eyes headed to her direction and hearing her saying that made him realize something is up. Because he doesn’t have a sister!

While with Kyler, was getting push around and feeling a hand moving around. Then his eyes feeling woke up to see a lady with dreads; who patted his head and pass him a towel. “Well guess you decided to wake up! Get yourself clean up my bro, I see you downstairs.” Kyler sat up; confused as hell and look at the towel before feeling his face. This ain’t my face? This ain’t my pulling fine shits face! What happened?!

Kyler immediately got up and start walking around quickly, then proceeded to find a mirror in the bathroom. Using that to look at himself…glancing at himself for a while. I-I-I changed?!



“Lee……..I don’t know what I did but whatever I do. We will find each other and once that we escape together from here!” Kyler saying while his door being open again with his sister, tapping the door almost getting impatient with him. “AHHH SORRY!”

With that, our two boys who used to have a home in the real world had their whole life changed into this new world. They were separated here but know both of each other are here; setting a goal for both of them to find each other. Will they be ever to live together in this world with their new lives or become fallen and lost in this new world.
