Chapter 1
Last Night being Vanilla
Overcast slowly descends on the Detroit River as the wedding reception continues. Thunder begins to rumble and small cracks of lightening lights parts of the sky unbeknownst to the wedding guest of the Detroit Princess. Basilio and Meion receive a standing ovation for their seductive Tango. Immediately after, the DJ plays, “Forever Mine” by the O ’Jays at Basilio’s request, to which he takes Meion by the hand and pulls her in close to him, pinning her hands to the small of her back, preventing her from embracing him.
“How do you feel about being all mine?” he whispers in her ear as others gathered on the dance floor.
“I feel extremely loved and very proud to be yours.”
“That’s my baby.”
“How do you feel about having me as your wife?”
“I love you more than you’ll ever know and mmm, I feel this…” He answers, pressing her pelvis against his for her to feel his erection.
“Oh my god, Butch; You may want to fix that before this song is over.” She smiled shyly.
“That’s what you’re doing to me right now.”
“Me?”
“Yes you. You are mine to have and hold, chastise and lead you along this path you have chosen with me.”
“What about you? Do you belong to me?”
“I am yours.” He says with a sensual kiss.
“Will you allow me to put my arms around you?’
“No. I enjoy holding you captive right under the noses of everyone.”
“Ah, no wonder I can feel you.” She smiles and rests her head on his chest.
Meanwhile, while waiting for her drink to be made, Tracey looks on from the bar at those on the dance floor when a familiar voice behind her orders a brandy.
“I swear I know you from somewhere.” Steve says in a whisper.
She can barely breathe as her past sits right beside her and even more so, remembers her. She turns to face him with her eyes down cast.
“Ah! I thought so. I have been waiting to catch you alone so that I could ask.”
“Yes Sir.” She replies meekly. “We’ve had a session together at the mansion on Boston Ave.”
“Of course; I remember you telling me that your husband thought you were out playing cards with your girlfriends. Are Meion and Jasmine the girlfriends you were supposed to be playing with?
“Yes Sir.”
“You don’t have so formal here. Just call me Steve for now; ok?”
“Okay, thank you.”She replies, now looking in his sea green eyes.
“What are you drinking?”
“I’m waiting on a Piña Colada.”
“Do you mind if I join you?” He asks.
“I was going to take it over to the table but, I suppose I could sit here at the bar.” She answers, taking a seat on stool beside him just as the bartender set her drink in front of her.
“I haven’t seen you at the mansion since our last session; was it something I did?”
“Oh no, Sir!”
“Then why did you stop coming around? You used to be a regular.”
“I began to feel guilty for my husband.”
“Why the guilt? You were only there for the session; you never cheated on him…at least not with me.”
“My emotions began to get the best of me after that last session with you.” She replies shyly as her face becomes visibly flushed.
“Please explain.”
“Well, I have been playing the role to many of the men there, but none of them showed any meaning or passion in their techniques, it was more unemotional compared to you. After I had gone home that evening, I couldn’t get you off my mind and I…” She pauses for a moment.
“Go on.”
“I began to fantasize of more intimate things with you.” She smiles bashfully, lowering her head.
“Hey, there is no reason to be shy sweetheart. It’s not like we’re total strangers.”
“Yes sir, I know, it’s just that I’m only used to being submissive in front of you or those that are not vanilla. Therefore, I feel I am overstepping my bounds.”
“You’re being very respectful right now, so don’t worry.”
“Thank you, Sir.”
“Do you think you’ll ever come back? I mean… don’t you miss it at all?”
“Oh god, yes; I miss it so much. It was my comfort zone…my little secret.” She smiles with wistful eyes.
“Then you should come back. You can request me if you like with the stipulation, of course, that you do not want to be intimate.”
“I think that would be rather hard for me Sir.”
“I don’t think so. You know you must always be honest with your Master…”
“Yes Sir.”
“Then you’ll be disciplined for every intimate thought you have in my presence. See how easy that is.” He says, with a smile and raises his glass to hers.
“Yes Sir.” She replies, tapping her glass to his with a bashful smile.
Completely involved in their conversation, neither of them notices the eyes that are jeering at them. Laura watches the two of them from a distance with jealousy. She walks across the dance floor heading for the bar with eyes focused on Tracey and Steve.
“Butch, should I stop her?” Meion asks, as she watched Laura stride past them.
“Stop who?”
“Laura, she’s going over to Steve and she doesn’t look very happy.”
“I’m sure he can handle her, baby girl.”
“I don’t doubt that sweetie; my concern is Laura acting out. I’m going to stop her.” She says, pulling away from Basilio.
“No, you’re not. I told you; Steve will handle it.” He says firmly.
“Hello.” Laura greets as she approaches.
“Well, it is nice seeing you again Sir and I’ll consider your invitation.” Tracey says, dismissing herself.
“It’s good to see you too but, you don’t have to leave.” Steve replies as Laura closes in.
“I think its best. I should be with my husband.” She rolls her eyes at Laura.
“What was that about, Laura?” Steve asks.
“I don’t know.”
“Why would she cut her eyes at you like that?”
“I don’t know.”
“Huh, I believe you know more than what you’re telling me and if I find that it’s something, you’ll pay for lying.”
“But it is something that happened so long ago, that it shouldn’t matter anymore, especially since you and I are together.”
“Well damn Laura, is there any woman here you did not betray?!” He asks, tapping his glass for the bartender to give him a refill.
“I heard Tracey say to you that she is going to consider your invitation; would this be the same invite you offered me when we first met?” She asks rather sassily.
“Watch your tone, and that discussion is none of your business!” he says grabbing her by the elbow. “You must have lost your head to think that you can question me about anything!” Just because we’re out together doesn’t mean I won’t discipline you here or when we get home. It’s in your best interest to remember your place.” He says before walking off towards the dance floor just as “Something in my heart” by Michel’le begins to play.
“I’d like a rum and coke please.” Laura requests to the bartender. “And be generous with the rum.”
“May I cut in?” Steve asks as he strolls up to Basilio.
“Of course.” Basilio places Meion’s hand in Steve’s then departs towards the bar.
“You are the most beautiful bride I’ve seen since I collared my former wife.”
“Thank you, Steve. You’re looking pretty good yourself, but you always do. Butch told me a little bit about a collaring ceremony but not a lot. Would you mind telling me about yours? I want to make sure I do things the right way.”
“Of course, my former wife made most of the arrangements as far as decorations, but she was presented to me by her trainer. He led her down the aisle with her training leash and collar and presented her to me with a few words of her loyalty and training. He removed her collar, and I replaced it with one I had made for her. I said my vows to her; she said her vows to me and presented me with a new leash that I attached to her collar. It was a beautiful ceremony.”
“It sounds beautiful.”
“You’ll never know how happy you’ve made Butch; he is very lucky to have a girl like you.”
“I hope to continue to make him happy.” She replies, never making eye contact.
“I’d like to ask something of you that I’ve always wanted to know.”
“What’s that?” She asks.
“From the first time we’ve met you have yet to look me in my face. Am I hideous or has Butch ordered you not to?”
“Neither. I don’t want to display disrespect to you or Butch.”
“I respect that, and at the same time, I would like to look into your eyes.”
“But I don’t want to disrespect you.”
“You’re showing disrespect by not obliging me.”
“I feel I should ask Butch first.”
“I tell you what…how about you do what I ask, and we’ll let him know later?”
Having never been chastised or commanded by anyone other than Basilio, Meion is aroused by Steve’s dominance and the thought of fulfilling his demand; but then too, her arousal for Basilio’s reaction to her defying Steve overcame her more, so she appeases him as he uses his index finger to her chin to raise her head.
“Look at me Meion.”
“Yes Sir, respectfully at your request, I will look you in your eyes.” She responds as her eyes slowly met his. She never knew how soft and kind his eyes were and extremely alluring.
“Perfect.” He says with a kiss to her cheek right at the corner of her lips. “Butch is a very lucky man indeed to have found you.”
“Thank you?” She responds, refocusing her eyes on her surroundings.
“Don’t look away, look at me. You may have made him a happy man but, you’ve made me an envious one.”
“How is that?”
“Because you married my best friend, and I only wished it could have been me.”
“But you seemed to have molded Laura to your perfection.”
“Laura is merely putting on for me; she’s not a true submissive. If anything, she’s on the rebound and I’m currently filling the void.”
“Oh, I don’t believe that. She seems to be a completely different person by owning up to the dirt she’s done to her friends and it’s because of you that she doesn’t drink anymore.”
“Like I said angel, she’s on the rebound and is willing to put up with anything to fill the void.”
“She told me that she loves you.”
“That’s not love, that’s infatuation.” He looks in Laura’s direction. “Look at her now. She thinks she’s slick.”
“Oh, no!” Meion reacts to the sight of Laura drinking. “Let me go talk to her.”
“No. This is your wedding reception, and you shouldn’t be babysitting, you should be enjoying the moment. I’ll take care of her. Thank you for the dance and the opportunity to see those beautiful eyes.” He says with another kiss to the corner of her lips then walk away.
Meanwhile, as Basilio orders his drink he watches Meion and Steve when Laura approaches the bar requesting yet another rum and coke.
“Hi Master Butch.”
“Laura, there is no need to address me that way here.”
“But Steve told me that I’m to address you this way from here on out.”
“Well then, “hello”.”
“Your wedding was beautiful.” She comments with a slight slur.
“Laura, what are you drinking?”
“Just a coke.”
“I know you’re lying but, I’m just going to assume that Steve gave you permission to drink.”
“You won’t tell him, will you?”
“Oh Laura, tsk, tsk, tsk you’re getting ready to lose another good man.”
“I’ve already lost him to Tracey apparently.”
“And what makes you so sure about that?”
“I saw them over here giggling and toasting their glasses like they’ve known each other for years.”
“How do you know that they haven’t?”
“I’ve damn near-”
“Watch your language, Laura.” He quickly corrected her firmly.
“I’m sorry Master Butch, but I practically grew up with Tracey and I know everyone that she knows, and I don’t ever remember meeting him during that time.”
“Laura if you didn’t do the kind of dirt that you’ve done to your friends, you might not be suspicious of them doing the same to you. You need to make that your last drink.” He says, walking towards Steve as he approaches.
“Butch, you’ve got a gem over there.”
“Thank you, she is a good girl.”
“I don’t think you’ll ever have a problem out of her. She’s respectful and loyal.”
“Ok…what happened? Why are you telling me all of this?”
“I asked her to look me in my face and she felt she should ask your permission first.”
“Well, I had nothing to do with that, but it’s good that she’s that way since part of our honeymoon will consist of her training.”
“Does she know?”
“Not yet.”
“By the way; she asked me about my collaring ceremony, I think she’s nervous.”
“That’s because she has issues about being chastised by others.”
“So, she’s never… you’re her first?”
“I am which makes her even more precious to me. I have to admit, I’m anxious to share her, just to show off.”
“I can’t say I blame you. I hope to be one of the first you share her with.”
“You’re the best man; of course, you will be the first.”
“She’s a gem Butch.”
“Thank you. By the way, you might want to check on Laura. I think she’s been tipping a bottle of something.”
“Hmm, I swear she loves to test me.” Steve replies, jeering at Laura from a distance.
“Sometimes I feel bad for sending her your way.”
“No need for that. I’m enjoying it for the most part, but I have to tell you I got a call the day after the party from one of my guests, and he is enamored with her.”
“What are you going to do?”
“I’ve been running it through my mind, and I think I’ll let him have some time with her, but I have to make it so that she’ll want to do it.”
“Let me know if you need my help in any way.”
“I’ll keep that in mind. I’ll see you in France in a couple of weeks and we can talk a little on it then; How’s that?”
“Perfect.” Basilio replies with a fist dap as they walk away from each other.
“What in the hell do you think you’re doing?” Steve asks as he approaches Laura from behind.
“Nothing.”
“What are you drinking?”
“It’s a coke babe.”
“Let me taste it.”
“Steve…ok I’ll be honest.”
“That is what you should be at all times. Now, what are you drinking?”
“It’s rum and coke. I’m sorry, it’s just that I was so upset seeing you and Tracey together.”
“This jealously of yours is getting extremely old.” He said taking her drink and handing it to the bartender. “Apparently you haven’t learned a damn thing from your time with me.”
“What do you mean? I have learned so much from being with you.”
“We’ll be docking soon, and I want you to gather our things and get ready to leave.”
“You’re not mad at me? Are you?”
“You would love that, wouldn’t you?”
“Of course not!”
“You’re not fooling me girl. I know you do things to provoke a beating out of me, but I’ve got something that will take care of that manipulative little girl inside you and show you a side of this lifestyle you never thought possible.”
“Steve, whatever I did, I’m sorry.” She pleads, placing her hand on his shoulder.
“No, my sweet...but you will be.”
