In this Voyager episode, called “Workforce”, Captain Janeway and crew were kidnapped and given false memories of who they really were, and the conspirators gas-lighted any who questioned the narrative.
So-called “mental health experts” would force mind-control injections on any Voyager crew who showed signs of waking up, labeling a resistor with “dysphoria syndrome”.
The crew was mandated to take inoculations under the guise of protecting them, but really it was nanotechnology that reinforced the delusions of their false selves.
Tuvok had that stronger Vulcan mind, so he was naturally rejecting the vaccines better than others.
The kidnappers were enslaving the Voyager crew, to be workers in their economic system, to produce energy for their economic enslavement system.
Efficient slave, 7 of 9 (a former Borg with lots of experience being a drone) was an enforcer who hassled Tuvok to take his injections “for his protection”.
