Just Bite Me ...

"Okay, so far this book is a great read. The plot's interesting and not obvious (thank you for that!) and the characters have distinct personalities (even more thanks!) Keep working to develop these separate personalities even further, it makes all the difference! At the moment, the only real criticism I can give is either turn on your spell check, or have a friend read each chapter to catch the numerous flubs in your writing. They're not even misspellings - they're words out of context. Like using "her" when you mean "him." Words are skipped, or inserted where they don't belong. I can tell it isn't a lack of skill on your part. Rewriting sentences can occasionally leave leftover words; sometimes Word's programming decides to help you out and anticipates a word for you, wrongly, of course. But it breaks the reader's concentration, taking them out of the flow of the story. Now, get back to writing! Don't leave me hanging like this, or I'll have to track you down and bite you on the neck!"
