"I just finished reading the first chapter of this book, and it’s very well-written and the character telling the tale has been alive for over a thousand years and is wrestling with a lot of profound themes and difficult realities. She has very fond memories of her first boyfriend, and still sees him as a big positive influence on her who helps keep her grounded and inspired her love for reading.
