"Very intricate plot, more difficult to follow than some of your other stories, but still a good read. Quite uncomfortable themes of violence in one relationship. The way revenge was taken was even more edgy. Ivan's story didn't seem to close fully, but I am happy his best friend found solace with Duncan. I felt sure the friends would get together at the end, so you surprised me. "
