BLURB
Ethan Clarke once had it all — a promising cricket career, fame, and a reputation as one of England’s brightest stars. But after a devastating outburst, everything shatters. Now, he’s being forced into six months of rehab, anger management, and counseling.
But when he walks into his first therapy session, things aren’t as simple as he expected. He meets Daniel Kim, a half-Korean journalist with a sharp wit and a tendency to push all of Ethan’s buttons. Their fiery chemistry is undeniable, but their pasts are tangled in ways they never imagined. As they navigate therapy together, what starts as rivalry quickly turns into something far more dangerous.
Nora Evans, the therapist caught between them, is no stranger to control — especially when it comes to her own emotions. A perfectionist with a past of her own, Nora is used to keeping her feelings in check. But the pull she feels toward Ethan and Daniel is something she’s never experienced before.
In this tangled web of lust, power, and control, all three must face the consequences of their desires. Bound by the weight of their secrets and the undeniable attraction that pulls them closer, can they ever break free from their pasts? Or will they be foreverentwined?
Author’s Note
Before you startEntwined, I want to be upfront about a few things. This book explores some heavy themes, and I want you to know what you’re walking into. Here’s a quick rundown:
MMF Relationship: This story involves a polyamorous dynamic between two men and one woman. If that’s not something you’re into, this might not be the book for you.
Daddy Kink: One of the characters has a “daddy” kink. It’s part of the story, so just know it’s there.
Alcoholism: Ethan struggles with alcoholism, and it’s a big part of his journey. It’s raw and honest, and if that’s something you’re sensitive to, please be aware.
Suicide: There are mentions of suicidal thoughts and emotional pain. It’s not a light topic, and if it hits close to home, I recommend you tread carefully.
Mental Health & Trauma: The characters deal with trauma, anger issues, and crises of faith. Expect some emotionally intense scenes.
Therapy Scenes: There are quite a few therapy scenes in the book. I’m not a therapist, and while I’ve tried to portray these moments respectfully, they may not always be perfect. I’ve drawn from what I know, but please keep in mind this is a fictional story and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.
This story is about raw emotions and tough subjects. If any of this feels like it might be too much for you, I totally get it if you decide to step back. Your well-being comes first. But if you’re still with me, I hope you love it!
