"In the real world, as in this story abuse is a real thing. Our current system still doesn’t care for the victims, sad state for those victims. This story tells of extremes, nice vengeance for a story, not for real life. The happy ending in this story is available to those willing in the real world. I loved our hero’s all of them. "This is such a wonderful book to read. Although, some parts of this book. Could be a trigger for some of you. As it was for me. But, this book is about surviving abusive relationships. I truly appreciate the author for writing this book. All of the characters in this book are well written, in my opinion. The storyline for this book keeps you hooked. "This story is a bit of an emotional roller-coaster. Millie was abused by her ex and finally escaped with her son when she found a group that helps abuse victims. However, her ex will not let them go so easily. This story keeps you on your toes during Millie's journey to freedom and a new life. I don't want to put it down and can't wait to see how it ends!"
