Lovely story
"I loved this unique story, Waya & Constance and their journey together. I loved how their love was so pure and wonderful. They went through very difficult situations and it only made their love grow even stronger. They were so adorable! When the tribe’s women learned that their men sneakily banished Waya and Constance off the island they were angry. They stood together for Constance and Waya, even though they initially hated her, they stood up for her against the tribe’s men because they didn’t believe rape of a slave woman was criminal. I loved how the women left and the men had to take care of themselves with the children. LOL. Needless to say the men learned their lessons. I loved the ending but of course I would have loved more. ;)"
A thoughtful take on Kidnapping/Falling for the enemy.
"Falling for the enemy Paranormal creatures Inter-species conflicts This story is an adventure romance. There are some dark elements woven into the story. This author has a habit of using stories to explore the nuances of ‘forbidden romance’. This story explores inter-species relationships and relationships between kidnapper/captive and cultural enemies. 🤬 G M Marks has a great vocabulary and there is limited used of swearing and no unnecessary cussing. 🔪 High level violence. Several battle scenes, assaults and a torture scene graphically described. The violence is not glorified but some of the characters that act violently do justify their actions. 💋Moderate. There are a couple of intense and graphic sex scenes written into the plot - but the sex is not the whole plot. There is one scene of sexual assault. 🔚 This story is a stand alone and has a clear ending. "

"Love this story. G.M.Marks never disappoints. Loved the dynamics between Constance and Waya. In fact, all the interactions with the characters kept me riveted. I would have loved an epilogue, maybe a few months/ years later. Nevertheless, an enjoyable read would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys romantic fantasy with a bit of action thrown in. "

"I have been a fan of G.M. Marks for some time now and have read several of their books. All have been well written with interesting stories and characters. A Feathered Touch is 35 chapters and an easy read. The storyline flows, there is romance, sex, and adventure. Characters are well written so you actually care about them and there is no one who is so heinous you can't stand them. There are also openings for the story to continue beyond which pleases me no end! Thank you G.M. Marks for another favourite!"

"This story captured me instantly. It is uniquely different and I fell in love with Waya and the Bird people. I loved Constance too. She is so brave, yet very openminded. I hope there will be a sequel, I want to hear more. How will they survive on their flying island? Will they have children? Will there be better relations with people? Thanks for sharing this book, you've done a great job...we want more!"

"I am honestly swooning over this story. I love fantasy so much, and this one is giving me everything I want. The yearning! Oh the yearning! The slow build of feelings, the little glances, the ache and the pull...It’s all so delicious. I keep feeling all warm and snuggly reading it, like I’ve been tucked into something magical. The building love between Constance and Waya is really sweet. The pacing is perfect. Each chapter is its own little gift, satisfying but never quite enough. Even the characters that frustrate me feel real and understandable. I don’t always like them but I get them, and that makes the whole world feel so believable. I honestly don’t want it to end. It’s made a little home in my heart. Thank you!"

Worried for Constance & Waya.
"I am so relieved that our lovers will not have to literally fight for their lives, but I am worried for them. They of course have each other and their survival skills to rely on while they rebuild their lives in the human world. However, neither one of them will have access to family or friends if natural disaster, injury, or illness strikes. Their chances of surviving on their own for long are becoming slimmer. Maybe Inya will hunt for Waya and Constance and continue to visit them often? That would be a huge help - especially if they start a family….. Only time will tell. Can’t wait for the next chapter of their story."
