"The way you have started the opening scene is well written. You get an idea about the protagonist and he thoughts, as well as what’s the story line. It’s starting to build up and I cannot wait for the rest of it !! <3"

"this seems like a solid start. I particularly enjoyed the opening paragraph, as it set the scene well. the central conflict is apparent (wealthy child yearning for something more), though it might be worth considering foreshadowing a little bit more where the story is leading. It's listed as fantasy book, so if there are magic or fantastic elements to the world it may be good to get some crumbs of it early. Also, I don't know how the stars for reviews on this site works, and they wouldn't let me leave them blank, so I just did 5 for everything so it didn't mess with anything else."
