"It's an interesting read, a page turner of a mystery. I really enjoyed the setting of the old estate that's really filled with it's own unique mysteries and quirks, and found the sanitarium sideline an interesting way to go. It allowed for vivid and flawed characters to come alive. The nod to jazz era phrasing and idioms was fun as well. The mystery was compelling and kept you guessing, as does any good mystery."
