What is your opinion?

In a time of superficial stories, it was a pleasure to discover a worthy author where the visceral and the dense meet in the narrative.

"An author who stands out from the crowd. From the beginning, I noticed the dense, visceral language that pays attention to detail with fragments that make you reflect not only on the book, but on life. I even questioned whether it was a metaphor or just a narrative - as a reader, I like books like that. But I confess that I kept expecting a little more while reading until I got to the part of the dialogue between the lieutenant and the captain. The mermaid's narrative became very drawn out, repeating a lot about trust and pain; it could just change the pace to make it more fluid. The captain already shows a captivating and magnetic personality, typical of a dark villain. The lieutenant contrasts very well, creating a balance that generates more desire to "read more." The cruelty of taking her from one prison and placing her in another with no chance of escape was brilliant."

Between Two Worlds

"This short fantasy story of the encounter between two beings of different realms of life is a pleasure to read. The descriptives of the thoughts of each character is surprising. The pace is quick and I think a follow up would be great. "

Between two worlds

"I loved this take on a mermaids tale and how their lives operate, how they live and love. I enjoyed the witty, biting banter between the boat captain and Christian, and the flirtation with Sirena. Although the ending was good I wanted the story to go further, way beyond the dingy. "

A strong, "outside the box" premise that strips away sanitized mermaid tropes to deliver a gritty, primal predator whose internal struggle is genuinely compelling.

"The thematic tension between a possessive merman stalker, a profit-driven human crew, and the concept of "kindness as a leash" establishes a brilliant psychological anchor for the romance. However, the manuscript’s impact is heavily diluted by extreme paragraph fragmentation."

With one word: publishable!

"Beautiful writing with quite a few poetic moments. At times it feels like the pacing could be tighter for my taste, but it seems like the internal thoughts, the long descriptions, the back-and-forth etc. are stylistic elements and not faults. The two main characters are great. The switching POVs work. The fact that the mermaid can't communicate in the sailor's language pays off wonderfully. Perfect for summer-read. "
