Chapter 1

When there is a blood shortage the vampires tell a story and the people crawl from their beds, get dressed wander to the hospital.

"We are there almost."

The younger members are pulling at the older members asking them to reconsider.

"I know what I am doing. I am saving the house the home the little we are."

"To give your last blood?"

"Of course, it is why we are the humanoids preyed upon."

"Father no,"

"It is what Dad's do."

Of course, it was.

"Take me there to the master."

"Why are you late."

Sorrow filled the man and he did not want to die without blood-letting so he did not speak anymore but put his neck forward.

"Good fresh blood." said the vampire.

The boy with him just stared standing still. Why because he was shocked he knows his time would come too. There was something in the whole business that spells the end maybe the same in similar circumstances. But nearer than he has thought.

My end will be the same. He thought and it brought him no comfort.

He went to the reception to collect the deeds of their livelihood the vampires were generous in that department.

Their name is taken in vain and the receptionist wonders if there is enough blood inside the old carcass to make the pints and then they wait. "Forgive me the blood is it already taken?"

"Yes, it is."

"There is less revenue in used blood you should have come before."

They take several bottles and speak with the squirks. Some lucky punter has won the jackpot his family has shown up and given the vampires a load of blood.

"Where did they get so much?"

"They went to their refrigerator and loaded the fridge with the stuff." said the receptionist very impressed and showing more and more disrespect for the jackass in front of her reception.

The sauce comes out then the sauce moves on and the whole table is covered in avarice and lusts.

They speak with their eyes as they try not to fool around. Life is about lying to get what we want said their mother.

So many bodies in front of reception a mother was proudly speaking, her sons' fortune was safe. They had given a lot of people to the vamps.

"Your heirlooms are saved the home is there in front of the vampires they will never attack us again. Here is the covenant."

The receptionist tried not to laugh.

The true meaning of believing is when it makes more sense to do so.

"My mother tells me I am safe is it true?"

"Of course," said the receptionist as she totaled the cost.

It was all true it was and is. To feel that their life was based on what their mother knew in her infinite wisdom with the church blasting together in chimes to hers.

"We are the promised people we can be pernicious unchildish and everything falls in our laps.

"Life is taken from us all."

"In such a way as we are doing good at the same time."

"The ties with the world has been broken and we must believe in whatever we are told."

"When did the priest come."

"He got done and they did not want to send someone else because the vampires live in the church."

"We are never going to become first class."

"We have the order of travel according to the Air- Jets"

"What planes?"

"First class second class and then crass."

The jets are then bought and we are allowed to see we did not need urgent medical care but war jets.

To mark this journey then we find we are older than anyone else and the zombies coming by sea may be the enemy in disguise and not as predicted to lure into perdition. But are the perdition.

"And we are all blessed."

"Yes my son God go with you."

Then the waters did not come we had the dry period and wept instead. The earth is abandoning humanity we are eating the earth up.

"Are we all going to die?"

"We may implode."

"Is that dying?"

"Most definitely not we just stink."

Lying to children makes them so happy.

"The reality of behaving badly is it spreads like a disease and common laws are flaunted until there is nothing left but beasts.

So the mafia started to kill the poor, in order to make room for the rich. Do not feed the poor they are not worthy of feeding.

"Long live our vampires and no indecent thing do they do that makes them seem evil. We will elevate them."

The vampires were nearly terrified of the mafia. But they got on well together they dined together. In the long narrow room with the blinds shut.

But what should the poor do? Let them starve said the mafia and that is their creed to feel nothing but unworthy thoughts for such a devastationing revelation with contempt but the mafia said they were in the right. I was wrong and if I did not feel the same I would starve.

"Pa is one of the mafia but he is troubled too."

"He has married the wife and the daughter of the same man. Why is Dad so bad?"

"He is filth."

"God bless him he can't help himself said his first and she should know she was his auntie."

"The one without the sense to make him see sense."

"Where is the sense in the vampires and the mafia joining forces?"

"They believe in the same things."

That matters to anyone the purple eyes tell a story to make surprises.

The flourishes and the thrills that they are not to be caught taking the task so seriously. When the brains lose it they are let loose to roam about they are given a girl or a boy to roam with they can spend their summers doing the whirlwinds and romance.

When they are about to be killed off they are asked what they had in life and vigor and what if they did anything. Points for scored out and the time wasted and efforts not done correctly. In the grade come come where is the grade? In that hallway where the new computer is.

What? I saw it in there in the eyes in the look where they sat smiling and knowing where we would be going. They are given marks out of ten.

Well done average and a humiliating end.

done and if the mafia finds them wanting they are given nothing but a good death.

The matter of the facts is this the patient is now so weak. They leave him or her to the wolves who take care of him.

"I did not mean anything I was just hungry." said the wolf.

The taxi arrives and takes the pounds off him.

They say of course the patient is not allowed to seek anyone else but the vampire comes out straight and goes to the artery and finds the vein and the patient- nurse who has sold her soul to him asks no questions.

Someone said they do die and of course when the stink is such someone finds him or her.

"We must find our dad he has the deeds to the house and we played our cards right so he has left us everything."

"Where is your mum?"

"Oh, she has found love at last."

"Where"?

"In the arms of him the God-Father."

"She will think herself so lucky."

"But isn't she?"

"No, he kills then he dismembers the estate."

"What?"

"We will be left less well off?"

"One reason I stay so close to Mum if I were you."

"I will see if I can make it the week after next."

"As early as that?"

"Well have to make an effort might lose money."

"My sisters have found me such an ordeal to live with."

"Who?"

"Myself."

"I was so fond of the whole funny situation."

"What matters is you survived it all."

"Yes, I find myself so enchanting."

"Why?"

"Charity and everything the work I do and did and I am always proud of the things I have made and done."

"You are not chatting about your sister?"

"One of them is a pimping killer and the other is a pimping thief."

"Which do you think is more of a sin?"

We find you such a bore and sure enough the surety has run out and that hospital must find another source of supply.

"Dad has run away from death he has died."

"Long live the master of the race he will not be caught and he will never die."

"To feel nothing when someone dies."

"What you ungrateful fool?"

"I don't know why I feel nothing."

"He even asked you to marry him."

"But I have no feelings for any of you."

"You unfeeling ungrateful ingrate."

"I know it is a sin not to feel like everything is a gift from heaven."

So the loneliness grows as I age and there is nothing left but to fear dotage and emptiness and the leaking rusty tap and the leaky rusty fools around milling and milking me.
