Whispers of Nymia
INTRODUCTION
Have you ever wondered what Nymia truly is?
Some call it mana.
Others, energy.
But it is neither.
Nymia is life itself.
It is the invisible pulse that binds root to sky,
wave to moon,
being to destiny.
In the beginning, only the Four Great Elements existed: Water, Fire, Wind and Earth.
And between them, a sacred current emerged—
a perfect vibration…
Nymia.
From that harmony, life was born.
And with it, the Primordials—the first humans.
Beings of immense power, in perfect tune with Nymia.
Until they stopped listening...
...
Blinded by their hunger for power,
they twisted the flow,
forced Nymia to obey—
rather than follow it in harmony.
And so began the Elemental Cataclysm.
Reality, as solid as it seemed, folded upon itself in an imperceptible ripple.
From that fold came impossibilities—
events that defied all logic.
As if time had lost its path.
As if truth itself had shattered into a hall of infinite mirrors.
The world broke.
Mountains crumbled.
Oceans rose like beasts.
The sky bled fire.
The Primordials, consumed by ambition,
their bodies vanished...
...but they did not die.
Their flesh dissolved,
but their essence endured.
Disembodied. Invisible. Eternal.
They are Nymia now.
They drift through it. Inhabit it. Whisper from within it.
And they watch us.
Centuries passed.
...
Humanity rebuilt itself.
And in time, some were born with the ability to bend the elements.
Others—rare few—could hear the voices of the Primordials...
And some even managed to forge pacts with them.
From that harmony of flesh and Nymia,
of mortal and ancestral,
great legends were born.
And among them...
One still burns brighter than the rest.
The story of two children, born far from the capital.
Two souls spun from the same thread... but dyed in different hues.
Arthur and Kaizen.
Two drops of water.
One—clear and shining.
The other—red, like the blood once spilled by the ancients.
Both destined to shake the foundations of the world.
