Good story
"The story flowed but I think it could be shortened a bit due to the repetitive nature. Vesper was incomplete which was disappointing so it should probably be taken out. I think the time gaps was a little unnecessary because it just had them talk about how stubborn and argumentive the kids were compared to the parents. I think if the epilogues were explained it would be better to summarize as the years went on. Overall I love the strong female role and the relationship development between Gwen and Hunter. I had lots of teary episodes after the war was over. Good job 🩷"
Thoroughly enjoyed
"Very well written story that I really enjoyed."
I love the Van Helsings!
"You have created an amazing world with telling Hunter & Gwen's story.. I very much enjoyed watching the characters grow together and create such a beautiful bond. It was epic journey, thank you!"
Mate-Bond Story that hits HARD
"I’ve read my fair share of werewolf mate-bond stories, and here nothing unfolds the way you expect, which makes it so engaging. The pacing is sharp, the stakes are earned, and just when you think you’ve predicted the ending, you’re emotionally body-slammed in the most devastating way. The characters are imperfectly perfect — layered, flawed, and deeply human beneath the mythology. Seff’s internalized resentment as the bastard son adds raw vulnerability. Hunter’s struggle against the mate bond, torn between duty and desire, is both infuriating and compelling — he frustrated me for the longest time! And Gwen — warrior, Beta, and Luna, the Moon’s Chosen — balances strength and heart and you can't help but root for her. This one pulled chapter-level comments out of me and triggered reactions I didn’t know I could have. If you like your mate bonds with emotional high stakes, immersive vampire-werewolf battle scenes, and intensity that hits you in the face, this is the one. I’ll be reading it again... once I get to the end and recover!"
