Chapter 1: Leaving
I am in a confused state. I just found out that Sion ordered my execution if I step out of line. I understand why he would, but that doesn’t make it much better. I decide to leave to continue our mission on my own. As I am trying to sneak away, I am stopped by a confused voice. “Where are you going?” I turn around to see that it was Arua who spoke.
“Don’t tell Ferris, but I am going to continue searching for hero relics on my own,” I explain.
“No you’re not. I want to come,” Arua tells me. After a brief hesitation, I nod my consent. Arua beams. He follows me away from house Eris.
Two days later finds us in an Estabul inn. Waking from our slumber, we rise and enjoy a nice breakfast of soup and bread. As we are eating, I hear footsteps approach. I turn to the door to see a very angry Ferris.
