"This story resonates deeply with me, and loss of a parent, the feelings of abandonment, and how to forgive.. my goodness. This is your best story yet. Of all your couples, I love Lauren and Elias, he’s quiet but strong and steady. There for her in a quiet but loving way. The focus was on her and healing, but you allowed a romance to bloom from that pain and grief. I can’t help but cry right now, just because this was such a beautiful piece.
