Four teenage kids. Four houses burnt down with no source of starting the fire. Four separate tragic deaths. Four unexpected visit from a cloaked man. 'Who can you trust?' Four kids from different sides of the UK share one thing in common. A house fire with at least one person dead. A man in a cloak comes up to them with a piece of paper with a name. Halewood. A mysterious town full of secrets. They all must go there to find out how the fire started and what it has to do with them. Once they got there they all attend Halewood Academy. On their first day there is a school trip to the museum. They find out all four controls an element. The next day in History class they find out there are four books written by four gods and goddesses, each book about one element. The teacher called this 'the four golden books' Instead of staying in school like their parents ask they take a journey on finding the books, but along the way there are people who do not want them to succeed. Monsters are sent to them. Looks like their journey has now become a life or death situation.
