Balloons

Balloons are inflatable,

but hyperventalatable.

They're very stretchable,

Let them go, they're fetchable.

They're very popable,

which makes them flopable.

Expandable and handleable,

But not very sandable.

They're fillable which makes them floatable.

Tied to a raft they can be boatable.

Fill them with Helium,

and they'll float to the ceilingum.

Stringable and pingable,

and incredibly flingable.

Shapeable and capable,

But never stapleable.

Rubber not plastic, they're fantastic,

Careful they're bangtastic.

Clearly they're expendable,

Run out they're resendable.

Feelable but not Peelable,

and absolutely sealable.

There's a balloon for every event,

It's like they were heaven sent.

Not scary, more fairy,

but they can get a little lairy.

They're loved around the globeia,

Unless you've got a phobia.

They're craftable and mouldable,

and easily holdable.

They're screechable and teachable,

But make sure they're not reachable.

Balloons are great and lots of fun,

but they're not safe for everyone.

They're chokable, not smokeable,

With a needle they're not pokeable.

So remember to treat them with respect,

They can cause harm if left unchecked.

They’re generally fun for everyone —

So go on, grab a bunch, not just one!

Thank you so much for reading. Been writing about 2 years. I’ve just finished my second fantasy novel, there are some snippets on here. I’m writing some short stories and poetry at the moment. How about you?

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me. How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...
