Would love a series
"I have to say this one surprised me in a good way. I’m old school, in that I have a narrow line of what the supernatural should look like. Particularly when it comes to vampires. They should not be warm, cuddly, glittery creatures. They’re bloodthirsty creatures of the night for a reason. Even if they remember their humanity, they are still vampires in all ways. I think this story reflects that very well. I absolutely love the idea of a vampire who chooses to fight the evil within and fight the even more evil without. Making him a detective was perfect. The author’s strong ability to describe the world around Zeke made this story a much more enjoyable read. Would really love to read a whole series of stories about this vampire detective solving more mysteries and defeating the evil as he goes. "
The Nights We Survive
"This has to he one of the coolest vampire stories I have ever read. A vampire that fought to retain some part of his humanity, willing to sacrifice, with a depth of understanding that people will usually shy away from. His fight with the elder vampire was a perfect fit. The best stories are always those where you can immerse yourself into the characters to understand what they feel and think. It is a crazy story but a very good one. Thank you for the read. "
Awesome writing
"Really, really loved this story. Zeke’s relationship with the city is so nuanced and complex. This is also one of the most well-written and edited stories I’ve read recently. The writing style is beautiful without being pretentious. The character development is awesome and I really felt like I could see the main character’s evolution taking place from beginning to end. "

Couldn't Get Enough!
"This story feels like getting punched in the heart in the best way. It’s so moody, cinematic, and so emotionally heavy— Zeke is the kind of tragic immortal you can’t help rooting for, and his relationship with Kat is messy, painful, and beautiful all that the same time and it's just so interesting to experience as a reader. The world building makes the city feel alive and haunted - really sets the tone for the whole thing. I really enjoyed this story!!"
