Now that the characters have been introduced, some warnings are in order.
This novel includes themes of mental health issues, sexual assault, abandonment issues, eating disorders, and physical violence. There are mature scenes, whether they be sexual, discussions of the topics aforementioned, or on-page depictions. If any of these themes are triggering to you, please place your mental health first.
There are warnings on chapters that contain SA or mention it in detail. There is also a warning on physical violence.
Now that the heavy aspect is out of the way, I hope you enjoy the story! Please remember that this is a mature story, and all of it is a work from the depths of my mind. Please do not steal the story. And before you start, I would like to remind you all that this is not a UConn fanfic. The story just so happens to take place on the campus!
Lastly, the people in the pictures are more so just to have an impression of what the characters’ faces look like. These people, whom I wish I could identify other than Rebecca Ablack, are unknown to me as well as their heights, and as you will see, we have some tall, basketball-loving women in this book. Seriously, though, we’re locked in now, and there aren’t any more comments from me, for now, lol.
