"In this book, there are murderous people who have used their power to commit many evils, and they have made enemies because of their horrific actions... It seems as though some of their enemies might be able to put a stop to their wicked abuses of power, but will their enemies be able to stop them or will they be able to continue inflicting horrors upon people?... I’ve finished the first 15 chapters of this book so far, and it has a very intense and well-constructed plot, lots of characters who are quite memorable, and grabbles with themes like how to stop those who are committing horrifying and unacceptable abuses of power. I highly recommend this book, and I look forward to reading the rest of it..."
The Lost Necklace
"Even though the chapters were kinda short, I loved the book either way. The necklace must be pretty important for them if they refuse to wash their ass for five days. I'm still confused how they didn't notice the little girl sneaking out, but I'm sure those idiots will find out eventually. I can't wait for more updates on the book, hope you have fun writing!"
The Lost Necklace
"In this book, I think Abeer did what she always does best: emphasize a theme. It’s been prevalent throughout all of her books. In The Lost Necklace, we follow the story of Christe and a necklace capable of granting its user immense power. She was unfortunate enough to cross paths with that necklace and ends up captured by Jacob, a person willing to use this necklace to rule the world... and a jerk 😤! The point is, the story’s theme ties to the fact that... cruelty will end. No matter how bleak it is, cruelty will end. We’ve seen Jacob and Michael’s cruelty not only on Christe, but on Joe as well, who’s a victim the same way she is. Seeing them pick up the courage to end the cycle of cruelty and destroy the necklace felt like a personal victory for me, and even though Christe got burned in the process, leaving behind lingering scars, despite everything that’s happened, she returned to her family, and Joe finally broke free from Jacob’s grip, getting to live out his life, or so I thought. I was shocked to see Joe still affected by the mystery of the necklace, and the ending was unsettling in the best way. Christe was easy to root for. Being the victim she is, she did nothing wrong, and I like how you portrayed her reaction after all that’s happened. Such an experience would leave anyone emotionally numb. I used to hate Joe for being a dimwitted softie, but looking back at his past, it makes sense why he’d be lacking so much confidence. Jacob is and always will be a jerk, and though I also hated Michael, his willingness to take the blame alongside his boss was a degree of loyalty that’s misguided but ultimately respectable. However, I did have an issue with the imbalanced chapter length, and I think it would’ve been better if some chapters were merged together, though this issue seemed less prevalent towards the middle of the book. Overall, this book has been a blast, and it’s another book worthy of Abeer’s high standards! Great job, Abeer 😉!"
Intriguing adventure
"This story has quite a mysterious storyline that makes you curious to know more. Its unique premise is its strongest point. There are a few grammatical issues, but nothing too big, and they didn't stop me from enjoying the mystery of the story, wanting to uncover more about the necklace and what makes it so special. The characters are interesting to read about, and the more we learn about them, the more I am interested in learning more. All in all, an enjoyable read that pulls the reader in. "
