"This book hooks you from the first few lines. I live how relatable the characters are. One of the things that stood out to me most was that IPV and child abuse were both covered from a realistic perspective. Not many authors are willing to cover either topic. "

Jumps forward to quickly
"I don’t like that it doesn’t have the buildup of them starting to get feelings for each other I mean it says they flirted during texts a little then all of them go out and suddenly they are confessing so you don’t get to see it bloom . I mean it quickly jumped six months I feel it’s just doesn’t sit right. It kinda taints it . They don’t even get any time together then they are talking about being together. "
