Summary

Draxus is the new Mendaxian high commander. When the humans begin cutting corners with what they promised to provide. Draxus decides to take matters into his own hands. He will ensure that the Mendaxians are supplied with what they need and end the human rebel threat at the same time. What he doesn’t factor in is the little female rebel, who he finds more enticing than he should. She is his enemy after all. Marika has always been told that the Mendaxians are evil. With their pitch-black skin and devil horns, they only invaded Earth to enslave its people. Born in the rebel camp, she knows no other life, but when she is injured after a raid, and her brothers leave her behind, she begins to realise the truth. The aliens look nothing like the monsters that the leader describes, and sometimes the real monsters are closer to home than you realise.
