Chapter 1

Tommy loved nothing more than wandering through the woods close to his house. The trees were tall and full of life, their leaves whispering secrets when the wind blew just right. Every day after school, Tommy would rush outside, ready to discover something new. His best friend Lily often joined him, and together they explored every nook and cranny of the forest.

One bright afternoon, while they were playing near an ancient oak tree, something shiny caught Tommy’s eye. He knelt down and peered inside a hollow in the tree trunk. There, crumpled and glowing faintly, was a sparkling map! It shimmered with colors that danced like rainbows and had curious symbols drawn all around it.

“Look, Lily! A treasure map!” Tommy exclaimed, his eyes wide with excitement. Lily gasped and carefully helped him unfold the delicate parchment. The map showed a secret path winding through the woods, leading to a place called Willow Creek. A bright red X marked the spot where the treasure was said to be buried.

“Do you think we should follow it?” Lily asked, her voice filled with wonder. Tommy nodded eagerly. “Of course! Think of all the amazing adventure we’ll have!” Together, they packed their backpacks with snacks, a flashlight, and a small shovel, ready for whatever surprises the trail might bring.

As they set off, the forest seemed to welcome them with soft bird songs and the rustling of the branches overhead. The air smelled fresh, like the earth after rain, and the magical feeling of discovery filled their hearts. Tommy and Lily didn’t yet know what the treasure would be, but they were certain this journey would be unforgettable.

How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...
