"If you haven’t checked out this author’s horror series yet, you are seriously missing out on an incredibly intriguing ride. This story offers a fascinating take on shifters and energy powers, backed by a chilling backstory and a powerful twist at the end that leaves you wanting more. Talia's guilt and her shared moments with Hope are both heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. What really stands out is how the author weaves different horror books into a connected, immersive universe, making it feel far more unique than the usual reads out there. It’s rare to see this kind of creative world-building, and I find myself becoming more and more attached to the universe the author is creating. I absolutely love it and will definitely be reading more. I don’t want to give anything away, you really need to experience these books for yourself. 🤯💖"

"Cryptic Edwards has done it again! Having read this author before, I thought I knew what to expect, but Energy Shifters was a completely different ride, one filled with twists and turns that literally had me screaming at my screen. The journey with Gillian and Talia was captivating from the start, but the dynamic shifted beautifully when Hope entered the picture. Even though the book is on the shorter side, it packs an incredible amount of intensity into its pages. The standout moment for me was the electric tension during Talia’s mutation. The scene where Hope tries to save her despite Talia’s frantic warnings about the fatal consequences was heart-pounding and perfectly written. And just when I thought I had the story figured out, the ending delivered a total curveball with Greg’s appearance. I did not see that twist coming! I highly recommend Energy Shifters to anyone looking for a fast-paced, high-stakes read. I’m already looking forward to diving into more of Cryptic Edwards’ work!"
