My Eight Male Roommates

“I love you Rose, would you be mine and only mine.” A voice says till another voice comes. “No, be mine.” Then another and another till there was a huge argument. I don’t know who these people are but their voices sound familiar but I can’t put the voices with their faces.

“Rose, can we have pizza?” I heard someone say,

“What?” Now that was a whole lot different.

“Rose! Wake up! Let’s order some pizza!” the face came clear to the voice. His messy black hair and dark eyes with warm beige skin. “Come on, wake up! I’m hungry!”

“Wake up!”My eyes shot open and sat up fast, I slammed my forehead onto something hard. I groaned in pain, the thing that I slammed my head on cried out in pain with a loud thud. I rub my forehead and look around as I see Leon on the ground holding his forehead in pain.

“See that’s what you get for hovering people.” I looked over and saw Aron standing by the doorway.

“I didn’t mean to.” Leon groaned from the ground.

“What were you doing in my room anyway Leon?” I asked while rubbing my sore forehead that is now throbbing.

“I wanted pizza, but it’s afternoon.” Leon told me.I looked over at my alarm clock and sure enough it was 12 in the afternoon.

’Shit did I sleep that long because I forgot to turn on my alarm last night. Last night, what made me sleep in from last night. Oh that’s right, I have been up all night playing a game on a live stream again.’ I sighed and sat up more in my bed. ’I really need to make up a time schedule for when I play my games during the night.’

I look over at Leon with an apology smile. “Sorry about that Leon, I did another one all nighter.” I told him as he smiled back.

“It’s fine, now let’s get some pizza!” Leon jumped onto his feet and rushed out of my room.

Slowly I got out of my bed and stretched as I noticed I was still in my clothes from yesterday and I needed a shower. I grabbed my phone and did the usual order of nine people. Yup nine people, there are eight guys and me, so nine people that live underneath the same roof. I placed the order and had it for delivery and paid for them already. I put my phone down then grab some clean clothes and head out.

“About time you woke up.” I looked over at Aron that was leaning against the wall near my door.

“Sorry for sleeping in so late again.” I told him as he chuckled.

“You’re fine Rose. Just try to set an alarm for the morning or better yet make a time schedule for your late night gaming. Like we all do.” Aron chuckled and ruffled my hair while walking by.

Aron Pederson. He always has that look in his eyes for a mischief look with his honey skin tone with his dark freckles on his face and body and his big shaggy and wavy black hair that make him look cute and his dark eyes that are similar to Leon eyes but a bit light dark eyes.

Leon Murray’s eyes are dark black eyes that show so much hyper in them. That doesn’t know much boundaries with people, and loves to joke around. His beige skin is always so clear and makes his dark black hair pop out.

I sigh and head off to the bathroom to take my shower. Once in the bathroom I lock the door behind me and turn on the water for the right temp. When the water is nice and warm I strip off my clothes and step into the shower. I let out a long sigh while feeling the warm water on my skin. I stood there for a moment before I started washing my hair. While I was washing I couldn’t help but try to remember what my dream was about. Was it too many Otome games that I have been playing that it got into my head or it was something else. Man whatever that dream is, it was weird it sounded like so many voices saying “be mine” to me. Lucky it’s a dream. I thought to myself while rinsing off.

Turning off the water and step out before drying off then put on my clean clothes. I look at myself in the mirror and grab my brush and start brushing out my hair. Seeing a bit of eye bags underneath my eyes as I notice that I really need to make a time schedule so I won’t look like a zombie in the mornings. There was a knock at the door.

“Rose, the pizza is here.” It was Zayn as I can tell his bit of a gruff voice but it was kind to it.

“Okay, thank you. I’m almost done.” I called out and I started finishing up.

“Okay.” He says and leaves.

I grab my dirty clothes and unlock the door before heading out and head to my room to throw my dirty clothes in the clothes basket. When that was done I headed off to the kitchen as the whiff of pizza hit me in the face. Walking into the kitchen as I saw the guys were in there.

“Ah! Rose, welcome to the land of the living!” Stephen says with a smile.

Stephen Fletcher is the oldest in the group but he sometimes acts like a little kid. His shoulder length dark red hair was pulled back in his man bun that shows his warm ivory skin, that I really think that makes him look hot. His dark orangish brown locks with mine while he takes a bite of his pizza. I can already tell he was worried about me because of my look.

“Damn Rose, you look like a zombie from that show The Walking Dead.” I heard our big jerk has the biggest hot head in the group.

Kaden Eriksson. He is kinda similar to Stephen but his eyes are lighter and have a scar over his right eye and underneath it on his chestnut skin tone. He was looking at me with that dumb smirk of his.

“What? Didn’t get your beauty sleep? To me it looks like the beast keeps you up.” Kaden laughed mockingly as I glared at him.

“Shut up Kaden.” I grumbled as that made him laugh more.

“Kaden, knock it off and eat before you lose your piece again from Leon.” A stern but kinda lay back voice that came from no other Logan.

Logan Taylor, the doctor in the group. He has that look of a doctor and his slightly spiky black hair with his goatee that goes well with his almond skin tone and his gold brown eyes that looks like it could see right through you. He was more serious on things.

“Oh shut up doc, no one says to butt in.” Kaden grumbles.

“Hey, just eat and keep your mouth shut about Rose.” Zayn says as he looks at me and nods.

Zayn Reyes, the serious but kind. He has dark green hair that he dyes on top of his dark black hair all the time and his gold brown eyes. That will give you a look to back off, you better back off. His golden skin always looks like he just came back from a tanning session.

“Zayn is right, that’s no way to treat a woman but I do wish you get some more sleep Rose. You do kinda look like a dead person right now. Sorry if that was rude.” Sebastian says while he was making my plate of my pizza.

“It’s alright Sebastian.” I told him kindly and he smiled at me and handed me my plate.

“Anything else? Something to drink?”

“Just water would be fine.” I told him as he smiled and bowed his head then went to get some water.

Sebastian Van. Our best cook and he does cooking at a fancy restaurant where all the girls swoon over him there. I mean I would too. He is very attractive with his short blond hair and baby blue eyes and his beige skin tone that looks so smooth. He is always nice to women and sometimes flirt with them. Maybe that’s why all the girls like him.

“I think you look just fine, Rose.” Simon spoke with a kind and gentle tone.I smile at him. “Thanks Simon, you are the only one that doesn’t see what I look like at my worst.” I spoke with a happy tone.

“Anytime Rose.” Simon smiles.

Simon O’Brien our golden boy. He will always be our golden retriever. His messy blond hair that I always think looks very soft everyday and his bright blue eyes that shine with happiness in them. His sand skin tone has a few bumps with his eczema that shows a bit but some days you don’t see them.

I start eating my food while Aron looks over while chewing some of his food. I can tell he has some mischief going on in his mind. Slowly his corner of his lips twitched upwards as I narrowed my eyes at him.

“So Rose, what were you dreaming earlier?” Aron says in a teasing tone.I shot him a questionable look. “Huh?” He laughed as he thought that was a funny question to ask me.

“Oh come on, don’t be like that. You kept mumbling who should I choose and you were tossing back and forth while also mumbling who are you? So what were you dreaming?” Aron teased as everyone looked at me and Simon stepped in.

“Aron, it’s her dream, she doesn’t have to share if she doesn’t want to.” Simon says while Aron rolls his eyes.

“Oh come on Simon, are you a little curious about what I heard about her mumbling?” Aron spoke softly towards him as I could still hear him.

“But..” Simon looks down as I can tell he wants to know also.I sighed and finished eating my food. “If you want to know, I don’t really remember much about that dream. It was just full of voices that sounded familiar but didn’t really know who they were. So there you have it, it’s just voices and nothing else.” I told them.

“Voices…that’s a little concerning.” Logan spoke with concern in his tone.

I look at him with a reassuring smile. “Don’t worry Logan, it’s just a strange dream. It must have been connected without some sleep last night.” He hummed.

“You’re probably right, but you need more sleep. Do I have to set an alarm for you so you can get to bed early?” Logan says with his doctor tone of voice.

“Nope! I’ll get a planner!” I said a bit too loud as I know Logan’s methods of his doctor kinda ways around the house.

I remember the last time when half of us were sick, he put up all of our phones, devices and games. He forced us to rest and isolate ourselves in our rooms but only came out for some soup. I shiver at the memory, that was not even fun. I can’t ever do any artwork as he locked up my pens, markers, paints, and other art stuff that I do in his room.

“Anyway, I need some more ingredients for this week. Who wants to go shopping with me?” Sebastian asked everyone.

Leon raised his hand but Aron grabbed his hand and pulled it down while others didn’t raise their hands. I know they don’t like shopping but if it’s with Sebastian that will take forever as he checked on everything for products. I sighed and raised my hand as Sebastian smiled.

“Thank you Rose! At least someone wants to help.” He says with a bit of a bite to his tone to the others.

“Yeah, well if you don’t take too long of your shopping.” Kaden grumbles and Sebastian gives him a sharp look.

“What was that?” Sebastian asked while Kaden tensed.

“Nothing, just do your damn shopping already!” Kaden huffed and stood up then head off while grumbling about a stupid cook.

“Well, I’ll get my bag and shoes on Sebastian.” I told him and stood up and headed off to my room to get my stuff.
