Misunderstanding galore!
"This was a fun read! I haven’t dived into the regency genre in a while and it whet my appetite. Loved the little details and the occasional Scottish phrases. The slow burn was real but we get the satisfaction in the end. Well done author 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻"
Stand and Deliver
"I really enjoyed this! The writing was phenomenal. I loved the word choice and description. The character’s were amazing, and I love the conflict between Aiden and Catherine. It was very well written. "
Cuuuuuuuuuuuute
"Awwwww that was sweet. I mean we all knew they'd work it out, but I LOVED how they got there. It was funny how first Aidan was interpreting everything wrong and then Catherine. I usually prefer spicier stuff, but that kiss? That kiss at the end? Damn that hit hard! Off to Book 2 I go! "
Sensational give me twenty more
"Like genuinely, pleeeeeease continue, it made my day whole day, i couln't stop reading or smiling, but i stopped being in my thoughts for as long as I read slept like a baby too, i know it sounds like a stretch, but still know its dear to my heart THEY'RE dear to my heart and I miss them already, and I want to know wayy more about them."
Perfect sweet and swoon binge read
"Their dynamic is so fun and funny. They both have their moments of blatant ridiculousness but overall are so caring, intelligent, and loving people. The way they care for their staff shows just how good their hearts are. Catherine is my girl. She’s witty and smart. Her banter is always on point and she doesn’t care much for society or rules. I can’t wait to read more of their adventure and see them kick some high class butt. I’m hoping to get more of the bandit version of Aidan so I can fall for the bad boy too 😏 "
It's a really unique way to spice up a slow burn with a delicious twist.
"I love this book so far, albeit I accidently read the first part of the second book to this. I love the strong start to this one and the story of how they came to be is beautiful and I love the flirty nature between them. I like the rebel side of Aiden and Catherine is just a spitfire under all her propriety!"
Great stuff
"This story has atmosphere to spare. The mood is established immediately and it never wavers. Reading it feels like being wrapped in something dark and beautiful and completely absorbing."
A Fiery Start, A Slow-Burn Middle And An Explosive End
"This story started off like a stampede of horses. Catherine is a wild and free young Lady whose pride and prejudice get in the way. Aiden is a dashing rogue and gentleman who most definitely makes mistakes and definitely did make the story a whole lot tenser, just as I predicted!!!! These two had me screaming at times with the way they spoke around each other!!!! But the ending was well worth it. As for the writing style....it's just chef's kiss. Absolutely beautiful grammar and use of vocabulary. My inner English teacher is happy. So so very happy. The story delivered on its premise and I am very much looking forward to diving into Book 2 IMMEDIATELY!!!"
Take me back in time !!!
"Stand and Deliver is a spellbinding five-star masterpiece that doesn't just tell a story—it teleports you directly into the misty, high-stakes atmosphere of 18th-century Ireland. Rarely does a historical romance capture the "dual-identity" trope with such exquisite tension. From the very first page, where the reckless, green-eyed highwayman steals that fateful kiss, I wasn't just reading—I was there on the road, heart racing and breath hitching alongside Catherine. The author’s descriptive power is so vivid that I could practically smell the damp Irish earth and feel the heavy silk of Catherine’s gowns. The chemistry between Catherine and Aidan is electrifying. Watching her struggle with her "betrayal"—falling for a daring outlaw while growing to respect the "restrained" gentleman she’s betrothed to—was delicious torture. Aidan is the ultimate hero: a man walking a razor’s edge between duty and rebellion, controlled noble and wild heart. If you are a reader who wants to travel back in time, get lost in a land of simmering conflict, and feel a love so intense it defies political boundaries, this is your next obsession. I didn't want to turn the final page because it meant leaving Catherine and Aidan’s world behind. An absolute must-read!!"
I'm so excited to complete this!
"I just started reading this and I'm in love! The characters are so well written and I absolutely love how descriptive this is! :)))"
Please give us more!
"I really enjoyed this read. The plot, the way you developed the characters, and the writing style, along with the cultural details you included, made it easy to get lost in their world. I hope you give us more 😍"
Good story
"A story for anyone who likes historical fiction and romance. It contains a few minor errors, but I believe it to be an overall well written book. "
Feedback
"The most glaring incoherence is the jarring tonal and motivational mismatch in the highwayman scene. He aggressively chases the women, forces them off the road causing a serious fall, yet immediately kneels to gently check on Maisie’s injuries like a concerned medic, then smoothly transitions into flirtatious, seductive dialogue. This makes his character feel incoherent; neither a credible threat nor a consistent rogue and renders Catherine’s defiance and the entire confrontation emotionally weightless and illogical. The danger evaporates instantly for romantic tension. "
