"The character writing in this is lovely. Everyone feels rich and well fleshed out, even when introduced for only a moment. The main female character is strong willed and quickly witted without feeling cliche or overly “not like other girls”. The world is also fascinating and I can’t wait to learn more about how it works. This is better than published novels I’ve spent money on. "

"I’ll be honest, I don’t usually consume the kind of stories involving romances with creatures like werewolves and vampires that are so abundant on platforms like this. However, Maivy has created a rich world with its own mythology and cultures that feel truly alive. When the foundation is solid, building relationships between characters happens naturally, even the romance feels organic. The writing style makes for an easy read without sacrificing narrative depth, even if English isn't your native language. You can empathize with the characters and find one or more favorites among the cast; each one has a distinct personality and is well-developed. Maivy excels at describing grand scenes, ranging from lavish ballroom dances to epic battles requiring meticulous coordination. At times, it felt as though the story were being narrated at a D&D table, led by a skilled Game Master and professional actors who stay perfectly in character."

"I absolutely loved this story! What started as a werewolf romance quickly evolved into an epic fantasy that completely hooked me. Aurora is a strong, resilient, and compassionate heroine, and I loved that Kieran never tried to overshadow her. Instead, they became true partners who trusted and supported each other. Their relationship felt genuine and balanced, with the romance complementing the action, political intrigue, and emotional moments. The world-building was another highlight. It unfolded naturally without overwhelming the story, making every new kingdom, race, and piece of history feel exciting while leaving plenty more to discover. The supporting characters were memorable, and I'm hoping they get even more development in the next book. After that ending, I'm especially excited to learn more about the Guardians and see how Aurora and Kieran face the challenges ahead together. Book One laid a fantastic foundation, and I can't wait to see where the series goes next."

Ich bin eigentlich nicht ein so großer Fan von zu viel Fantasie-Figuren und -Welten, aber ich konnte das Buch nicht weglegen! Die Charaktere sind toll beschrieben, der Schreibstil flüssig und mitreißend. Die Handlung witzig, gefühlvoll, spannend und auch emotional. Für mich hat es sich wirklich gelohnt zu lesen!! Absolute Empfehlung!"

Nous entrons dans un univers onirique, magique, effrayant, plein de dangers, de découvertes, d'êtres étranges et terrifiants, mais aussi de guerre, de force, d'entraide, d'amitié, et surtout de courage, de volonté, de fidélité, d'honneur, d'amour et de magie. Un univers si grand et si beau que l'on ne le quitte qu'à regret. Ce premier tome, car j'en espère au moins un de plus, nous fait découvrir un monde magnifique mais en grand danger et j'ai hâte de trembler avec les héros, de vivre les combats pour conserver l'espoir mais surtout emporter la victoire avec eux. Maivy, un grand bravo pour cette belle réussite qui m'a tenue en haleine d'un bout à l'autre et beaucoup d'encouragements pour avoir la suite le plus rapidement possible. 🙏"

"from the very first page, i was engulfed in the story. the writing is so immersive you feel like you’re in the thick of it with the characters. this is a beautifully written story about the strength of resilience and the power of bonds that can go deeper than the blood ties of family. it’s filled with sass, humor, and raw unfiltered emotions. you will laugh, you will cry, and you will want to read it all over again. 1000% worth the read!"
