The creation of a compelling world
"The world of Emrys and Etoile, which continues in this story, is an increasingly interesting creation. It's fun to watch the author experiment and expand it with each story. I hope spicy parts get hotter and that some alternatives to repetitive kidnapping emerge. Topaz could've fought an internal struggle or had to choose whether to be rescued as she reconnected with her old contacts or something... Overall, each of these stories stands on its own and each makes the world Dark Matter created a bit richer. I hope there are many more! "
