Promising start...

"I really enjoyed reading the first few chapters of your book. It's a strong concept and an interesting idea for a story. I particularly connect with books that include biblical references, and themes involving angels and demons are always something that captures my interest, so this immediately drew me in. The premise has a lot of potential and I found the story engaging so far. I also enjoyed Ravenna as a character. Interestingly, while I'm usually not a big fan of first-person narration, I actually quite liked Ravenna's voice when it was written from her perspective. It felt natural for her character and helped bring her personality through. One small piece of feedback would be regarding the first part of the prologue written in first person. Most of the chapter is written in third person, so personally I think it might read more smoothly if it stayed consistent in third person throughout this chapter. I generally find switching between first and third within the same section a little jarring, though I appreciate that this can be a stylistic choice. There are also a few minor grammar points that could be tidied up, but nothing major that affected my understanding of the story. I did notice quite a heavy use of em dashes in places where commas might work just as well. That's very much a personal preference though, as some readers enjoy that style. One question I had while reading: will there be other character perspectives later in the book? I noticed each chapter currently states that it's from Ravenna's POV. Once a character's perspective has been established, you may not necessarily need to repeat it each chapter unless you're planning to introduce additional viewpoints later on. Overall, I think this story has a lot of potential. Even with only five chapters so far, the premise is compelling and I'd definitely be interested in reading more to see where the story goes. It's a great foundation for what could become a really engaging book.
