The reunion
The Lost twins
The city burned with chaos. Neon lights flickered across shattered streets, flames danced from crumbling cars, and the air smelled of ozone and scorched metal.
From the rooftop of their apartment, Billy and his twin,
Tommy, peered down at the chaos.
“Tommy… what’s going on down there?” Billy whispered, his eyes catching the eerie red glow.
Tommy’s gaze sharpened, reflecting the crackling sparks.
“I don’t know… but that energy… it’s insane,” he said quietly. “It’s… familiar.”
Below, a woman fought a monstrous armored villain. Red chaos magic collided with destructive energy, sending shockwaves across the street.
“Billy… look at that woman she’s a total bada-” Before tommy could begin.
Billy cut him off.
“Shh… watch.” Chaos magic crackled along Billy’s hands.
Suddenly, the villain unleashed a wave of energy, sending a car hurtling toward civilians. Tommy blurred across the street, catching it midair, tossing it aside.
Billy: “What are you doing, Tom- ugh!”
Then he followed, erecting a protective chaos shield over the civilians.
“What we can’t just watch,” Tommy said, eyes steely.
Billy nodded. “Alright… let’s do this.”
Chaos magic flared as Billy struck the villain, red-blue and gold sparks dancing violently. Tommy’s speed created afterimages, disorienting their foe.
The woman noticed them. “Who are you?” she demanded, while she was distracted, a huge car was came flying towards her.
Billy sensed it of course so he immediately runs and stood in front of her and blocked the attack using his magic.
Billy looked at her
“are you okay?” he asked with cool but also with concern
“im f-“ she said but she was interrupted with a side attack
A ninja blade pierced her skin, wanda scream in pain
“hey calm down” billy said as he looked for a hiding place to make wanda rest, then he found a small shaded hallway.
“come here” he said while helping her walk toward the hallway
Billy’s hands glowed. “I’m Wiccan and we’re… helping.” The he looked at the injured part. “oooh that looks deep” he said while kneeling down
“why are you helping me” wanda asked
“mehh, look you’re in pain” he said as he thinks for a way to heal the injured spot.
Billy sighed
“I really hope this works” he said
Then he used his magic to heal the part where she got hit.
“BILLY A LITTLE HELP PLEASE” tommy screamed while containing the enemy
“COMING!” billy screamed back then he looked back at wanda
“you should stay here for a while okay?” after he said that he flew away to help tommy.
The villain swung a massive arm at Billy. He twisted midair, deflecting it with chaos magic, while Tommy zipped behind and slammed the villain into a wall.
“Don’t worry we got this!” Billy shouted, adrenaline pumping.
The woman whispered, “That magic… it feels familiar.”
Tommy zipped behind the enemy again, delivered a powerful strike, and smirked. “Didn’t see that, huh?”
Suddenly, the avengers came they all started off strong but they are still having a hard time.
“Contain the threat!” Cap ordered, hurling his shield.
Billy fired a simultaneous attack at the villain.
Thor muttered, eyes on Billy: “That boy… it’s… unlike any mortal I’ve seen.”
Billy smirked, running toward him at impossible speed: “I’m not a mortal!”
Iron Man scanned him. “Yup. Not just any street kid.”
“FRIDAY, scan identities.”
F.R.I.D.A.Y.: “Impossible, sir. They are too fast. There is an ‘M’ on their backs, possible clue?”
Tony: “No proper suits… yet they move in perfect harmony.”
A blast from the villain hurtled toward the Avengers.
The avengers continue fighting all of them were breathless but of course they were no match for the threat.
Then a blast aimed at thor and tony, billy sensed it he made a sheild protecting them.
With chaos magic and speed combined; Billy and Tommy dodged, countered, and struck in perfect coordination.
With a final perfect coordinated, synchronized strike.
Finally, the villain fell. Smoke drifted from the shattered street.
Thor: “Did we just stand here watching while those two boys defeated a villain we’ve been trying to defeat for 2 weeks?”
Steve sighs while catching his shield
The woman landed in front of the twins then walked toward them. “Your magic… it’s… familiar,” she said softly.
“uh… thanks”, then Billy backed away scared and got weirded by the scene
As they were about to moved, captain america called out to stop them.
“Boys… wait.”
The twins turned back by his call.
“who are you two?” tony asked
“why did you come here? Why did you help us who sent you?” Thor asked as well while pointing Mjolnir to tommy and pinning him to the ground.
tommy raise his hands
“u-uh speed” he replied
“let go of my brother” Billy demanded while he’s magic flared on his hand.
Thor let go of tommy while he looked toward Billy
“what are you gonna do about it?” he said while tossing Mjolnir up while walking towards billy
Before billy could do something steve stood infront of them
“we are not here to cause a fight we are here to just ask you about your identity and why you help us?” Steve explained
“we saw her” he gestured to Wanda “uh having a hard time fight the threat so my twin here wanted to help her out so we did then we saw you guys also having a hard time” Billy replied
Steve raised an eyebrow
“Wanda? Having a hard time she’s one of the strongest avengers, why will she have a hard time.”
Billy replied back
“Well, she was injured so”
“Names?” tony demanded
“Wiccan and speed” tommy replied
“Real names?” Steve demanded too
Wanda watched silently, curiosity in her eyes
There was silence after that question, So to avoid getting their identities exposed they looked for a way to avoid the question.
“oh look an enemy” tommy pointed
They looked the way tommy pointed
While they were distracted, tommy grabbed Billy then vanished without a trace.
After finding out that there was no one they turned around.
“and they’re gone.” Steve said
steven strange sighed
“Kids…”
Three days after that fight.
Billy was walking around the beach far from their compound.
it was sunset the scenery was beautiful.
Outside there is a small ice cream shop.
Then a woman approached Billy.
It was Wanda.
“hey… it’s me, wiccan, right?.”
“Oh uh it’s you, how did you find me?” Billy said nervously, shoving hands in his pocket.”
“don’t worry about it, I’m Wanda.” Wanda said
Billy smiled faintly.
“okay.... anyway, nice to meet you. Wanda, your that woman with cool powers right? And the one who got injured?” Billy replied
Wanda sighed
“yeah… thanks by the way if it weren’t for you and your brother I think I would not be alive by now.”
Billy smiled
“no problem.” then there was a pause “have I met you?” he asked “you look oddly familiar.”
Wanda replied
“no I don’t think so? But I’ll tell you what you look like my son.”
“you have a son? You don’t look like you have a son” billy joked
“well” she sighed “ I created them using magic.”
“ohhhhh” billy said “ you could do that?”
Then they walked slowly, small talk flowing, eventually sitting.
After a long paused after they talked
Wanda asked
“don’t you have a brother?”
Billy smiled and replied
“yeah tomm-“ he stutters as he remembers not to tell anyone about their identity “ uh… uh… chris yeah he’s my twin brother, and im jake sorry, forgot to introduce myself.”
Wanda laughed
“no no your fine anyway you guys look so adorable anyway” she said
“meeh” Billy replied
“people always say that about us just bc we are twins” after a long pause Billy spoke again “anyways look at the time I gotta go before my brother will go freak out and look for me in the whole city, he’s 12 mins older than me and somehow he always bragged abt it.” After that he stood up “I’ll catch you later I guess, byee”
Wanda smiled and said goodbye
After Wanda said goodbye Billy flew off.
They after some time Billy and Wanda became friends even though Wanda is far more older.
Then one day, Billy was back on the beach where they first talked
Billy was leaning on a railing waiting for Wanda for her to meet tommy which is Chris and hangout.
When Billy saw Wanda his eyes lit up and smiled
“hey! There you are” billy said
“I’ve been waiting for you”
Wanda smiled by how he greeted her
“hey sorry for waiting”
Billy smiled
“no pressure” then he offered her ice cream “ice cream?”
Wanda accepted
“thanks”
They walked for a while and chatted, after they chatted there was a very very long pause which is akward. Until billy spoke again
Billy shoved his hands on his pockets and said. “hey… not really suppose to tell you this just yet but you look someone who i could trust… just don’t tell anyone ok? my name isn’t really jake it’s actually Billy. Billy Maximoff.”
Her eyes widened. “Billy… Maximoff?” she said through her mind
Tommy sped forward, grinning. “hey bro i told you to wait for me.”
Billy rolled his as he says
“By the way Wanda this is my twin brother chris but chris isn’t his real name he’s tommy he’s older but I have to look after him because of his small mind.” His eyes glow reddish blue at him
Tommy chuckled
“Ooo scary.”
He whispers at Billy
“I thought we had to be secretive”
Billy look at her with his soft and innocent voice
“We could trust her I know that”
Recognition flickered in Wanda’s eyes.
Billy sighed and sat on the bench, voice shaking, trying not to tear up: “here is another secret we don’t know who our parents is i’ve always dreamed of seeing my mom… my dad… someone to care for us, to love us.”
Tommy sat beside him
“We grew up without parents… and with these powers of our we always thought our powers made us freaks… no one to assure us… never experienced love.”
Her eyes widen, her face expression said it all, then she sat beside the two boys
“were you two an orphan?” she asked
Billy sniffed then wiped his tears
“no”
“then how did you two know you don’t have any parents” Wanda asked waiting for confirmation
Billy sighed
“I don’t know actually because we both can’t remember anything since we were 10, we cant remember if we had parents or were we just left by our parents alone or I don’t know anything. We have been waiting for answers for memories to come back its been 3 years since that happened. Billy said while Wanda was tearing up
“1When we asked people about our parents they said they don’t know, then we had no choice to leave that town as far I could remember we were 10 that time, before leaving the town we saw the town’s name “Westview”, we researched about our relatives if we had one. All we saw was Pietro maximoff hid dead I supposed he was our uncle but we couldnt see any result for his sibling which sould be our mom or our dad. ” After she heard her twin brothers name she pulled them into a tight hug. Tears streamed freely. It’s confirmed. it’s them
She hugged them for a while until
Billy pulled back, realizing the truth. “W-what is happening? Who are you really?” magic sparking from his hands
“Wanda… Maximoff.” She said
“Maximoff…? Could you be our-.” his eyes widen. No… that can’t be… you’re peitro’s twin?” Billy said as his powers calm down
Then they shared a long, heartfelt embrace.
“I know I’m sorry I thought this would never happen but it did and if only your father were here this, this will be much better…” wanda said
“vision… the man I loved with all my heart, until thanos took everything him from me.” she said while her eyes glowed red.
Billy thought for a while, then said
“I think you have to see this.”
Then Billy gave Tommy a signal glance, knowing what to do tommy grabbed Wanda’s hand and dragged her to Billy’s motorcycle
“are you gonna run or are you gonna hop on” Billy asked tommy
“ill be there before you could even start” after tommy replied he sprinted towards their house.
Then billy started the motorcycle towards their home, as they reached home the twins led them to their lab.
“Welcome to our lab, Mother.” Billy welcomed her
Wanda in disbelieve
“I saw him in my visions… every night. He had the Mind Stone… then a purple giant took it… and he died.” Tommy said
Billy smiled warmly then he showed a hologram of the plan.
“the plan is to distract the guards, then i’ll handle the rest.”
“How will you revive him?” Wanda asked.
Billy explained while showing her the plan in the hologram
Billy: “As far as I could remember, I have a mind stone kept here from your last battle. Don’t ask how we got the stone, anyway now we got the mind stone all I have to do put the mind stone on his head then we’ll refresh the data in his mind while the mind stone will do its job”
Tommy: “Aight let’s look for dad!”
Wanda chuckled, tousling Tommy’s hair.
“Alright let’s suit up. Although we have no suits but ehh lets get ready” Billy chuckled as he said
They arrived at their destination where vision’s body is supposed to lay.
“where is he?” Billy whispers.
Wanda’s eyes glowed
“I think I know exactly where he is”
As they arrived at the right destination, then they saw visions body from above lying, dismantled.
Billy looked at him mom eyes glowing.
“mom? Do you know anything about this?” he asked
His mom didn’t say anything avoiding his look, she knows about this ofcourse that’s why she made that westview anomaly
Billy’s eyes flared red towards the glass. Chaos magic, cosmic power, and every power imaginable surged.
Billy, how- he-he isn’t like This
Tommy: “What the-”
Billy slammed the glass.
Tommy: “WHAT DID YOU DO?!”
Man: “well see now these are high-quality Vibranium parts… billions in profit. I can’t just give you this deadly machine and valuable parts, cuz what are you gonna do? Bury him?” the man laughed “I don’t think so”
Tommy glowed with rage, but Wanda calmed him.
Billy: “How could you do this… all for money, HE HAS A FAMILY?” he banged the wall “W-we are his family”
He wipes his tears.
“I can fix this,” he whispered. “I can bring him back.”
With a punch the glass shattered. Alarms blared. Guards were struck non-lethally. Tommy blurred, keeping enemies distracted. Wanda stabilized him.
Billy reassembled Vision piece by piece. Energy surged
Then someone tried to stop Billy, Billy sent the attacker out flying eyes glowing red and blue almost killing him.
Wanda sees this and sees herself one him she calmed Billy down and told him to focus.
Billy gathered all of his strength to bring his father back then after along time of wait with a final blow his father’s body was assembled.
Billy stood up breathlessly almost collapsing, blood dripping down his nose.
Tommy runs toward Billy checking on him.
“Billy” he said with concern
“I’m fine” Billy replied
“put dad’s body in that pod right there then let’s bring him home I’ll handle the rest.”
Back at home Billy worked night and day to bring his father back. Then after some time the pod Shaked violently, as billy try to contain the pod, the pod suddenly stop shaking.
The vision suddenly arose from the pod.
Tommy heard the noise, he rushed up as fast as he could.
Billy looked at his father tears streaming down his face.
Vision walked towards the boys, looked at them reaching, holding their faces
“Tommy? … Billy?.” vision called out softly
Tommy: “Dad?” Tommy said as tears streaming down his face
Vision pulled them in a hug
“Oh my boys look how much you’ve grown.”
As vision was holding the boys, he saw from a distance her from a distance.
Wanda standing there frozen.
“Wanda?” vision called out
“vision” Wanda called back
Then they walked toward each other, time seems to slow down, their eyes meeting each other not looking away.
Once they reach each other, they shared a powerful connection.
Instead of talking they kissed, that feeling that they haven’t felt in a while since that Westview anomaly.
Vision spoke first
“we meet again darling” he said while holding Wanda’s cheek
Wanda didn’t say anything but she smiled
Then vision spoke again
“This isn’t a dream again, right?” he said chuckling
Wanda chuckled back
“no no not again, I don’t know how he did it“
Vision turned Wanda’s cheek toward him
“me neither, but for now let’s enjoy this moment”
Billy stopped mid-sentence while talking to tommy.
“Aww look that’s cute but eww”
“They better not make a new version of us” tommy replied
Meanwhile Wanda heard what tommy said while she is in a side hug with vision.
“I heard that Billy”
“I’m tommy” tommy replied
“meh I don’t care you guys look the same anyway.” Wanda replied
Then everyone just laughed ending this reunion with a laugh.
The city paused. Even in chaos, the Maximoff’s reunited.
Then Vision tilted his head, then they exchange looks
“Should we take them to Stark.” Vision asked
“Yeah… I think so” wanda replied
