Hi there, I’m Isla. This is a collection of poems which I am continuing to write about my struggles with anxiety and depression as a young person. I hope that reading these will help people to feel less alone if they are in dealing with similar issues.

WARNING: These poems do contain ideas around self harm, depression and suicide so please don’t read them if these are sensitive areas for you.
