A compelling story

"The story is captivating and the characters believable. I had a difficult time with the slightly strange, almost second-person perspective it’s written in, using the term “you” to refer to the other main character as the perspective switches between the male and female lead, rather than the more common third-person terms, but managed to still enjoy the otherwise excellent writing. The imagery is evocative and the world truly draws the reader in. I also appreciate the beauty of the manner in which the more intimate scenes were written, never coarse or lewd. Definitely recommend."
