Short Story Prototype

This was a draft, let's say it was for a class assignment, I could never finish it and decided to make a prototype, maybe one day I will try to complete the story...

[Mini fact: I wanted to name some characters but I thought that doing that wouldn't be necessary for the story so I discarded them, I'll share those as a curiosity. The commoner= Kenner - The Prince= Vassi _and well there is also the Queen Blousdelium_]

                   Anyone can become a hero

1 The Kingdom of Primaveris was always known for its peaceful environment, for that very reason they had never needed heroes, but sooner or later evil would come to the Kingdom, after all, it is something that will always be inevitable, but no one thought that it would come soon enough… The most shocking thing is that a simple commoner would take a very important role in the entire history of the Kingdom of Primaveris, something that managed to change the course of it. Unfortunately the fate of the Kingdom of Primaveris ended up crossing paths with an evil witch at one point in its history, this witch was exiled from her Kingdom for causing disasters, she thought that the Kingdom of Primaveris would be the perfect target after all that Kingdom did not have the protection of any hero so taking it over would not be difficult for her and so she began to plan her great attack.

2 On any given day and without warning, the people of the Kingdom of Primaveris witnessed how a woman seemingly out of nowhere arrived without further ado and attacked the Castle, the witch went directly for the Prince, —yes the future heir to the throne, the only male child of King Pridavera II—, decided to go for him as he knew perfectly well that the Kingdom would not dare to harm him, that's why she deposits all her dark magic on him, corrupting him and turning him into a monstrous being that is controlled by her, something like her puppet… The entire village, including a young commoner, witnessed the evil witch introduce herself as; "The expert in black magic, The Witch of Occasus", she proceeded to say; "The Castle is now under my rule, I took it upon myself to imprison all those who were in the Castle in its beautiful dungeon, ah! And by the way… The Prince is under my control! It is obvious that I am close to taking over the entire Kingdom so I recommend that you surrender and swear allegiance to me so that you avoid being hurt, it is the best option, no one here would want to cause problems when I can solve them with violence, right? You all just have to see me as your new monarch", the people were terrified mainly because everyone knew that there is no hero who will defend the Kingdom from the evil witch.

3 The young man who witnessed this decided that he had to do something to stop the Witch, as he was unwilling to accept the catastrophic and extremely chaotic future that the Witch wanted to build, so he plucked up the courage and started making a plan. He knew very well that the chances of someone else deciding to confront the Witch to save them all were too low, if not outright 0, so waiting for someone else to pluck up the courage was not an option, if he wanted the Witch to be stopped he would have to do it himself… After researching in an abandoned library and reading old books he managed to discover the location of a perfect weapon to face the Occasus Witch, he went to the Prismades Forest in search of the legendary weapon, fortunately the road was not far or complicated, almost as if fate wanted to give this weapon to those who are going to need it or perhaps it is not necessarily difficult to get a weapon to defend oneself even though someone might think that these were so important that they could not simply be in the hands of anyone who might need them, perhaps they were always seen as unreachable because we considered it impossible to defend ourselves and we only thought that someone else would get these weapons because of their great strength, when in reality we were always underestimating ourselves thinking that we would never achieve something like that... As if that was not anything, the commoner found the legendary weapon in a majestic-looking ruin. This was the key piece to defeat the Witch of Occasus...

4 The commoner prepared for the final attack, having the Purifying Scepter in his hands went to the Castle of his beloved home, the Kingdom of Primaveris, directly to defeat that Witch once and for all in order to bring peace to the Kingdom… He introduced himself to the Witch Occasus directly threatening to stop her twisted rule, she laughed down at him and said; "If you want so much, you'll have to finish off the Prince first! Are you really willing to throw the whole Kingdom on you just to stop me? Do you really want to be the #1 enemy of your Kingdom? "It is not necessary", said the commoner, the witch looked at him with hatred and uncertainty and sent the corrupted prince to attack.

5 This battle could easily be the only one that would decide the future of the Kingdom of Primaveris, so the people began to hope. The commoner used the Scepter to purify the dark magic that was corrupting the Prince, unfortunately for the Witch this simple commoner managed to neutralize his only weapon causing the Witch to be terrified, for her it was impossible for someone like that to put her in check so easily, she cowardly began to plan her escape but the people who witnessed the battle found out about this, inspired by the courage of that young man who, like them, was simply a commoner, managed to arm themselves with courage and proceeded to thwart the Witch's escape.

6 Bravely, the commoner managed to purify all dark magic, thus managing to free the Prince from the Witch's control and the people inspired by the young commoner managed to stop the Witch who had deliriously used all her magic to make the Prince her greatest weapon, as she did not believe that anyone in the Kingdom could stand against her. 

The Castle was freed from the hands of the evil Witch Occasus, the royals used an ancient seal on this Witch so that she could never perform any kind of magic again and proceeded to her due imprisonment in the dungeon. The Kingdom of Primaveris regained its peace, while that simple commoner was considered by everyone to be the first hero of the Kingdom of Primaveris, the people along with royalty decided to name him ‘The Primarus Hero’ thus proving to history that anyone can become a hero…

The work had to be something short and basic and I went too far with emotion haha

You can tell that the story is incomplete for a reason, it is only a prototype since it has a long way to go to be complete and well… Someday I'll pick up this short story, I swear…
