Slow burn that's worth the wait
"I appreciate this story for so many reasons. It's refreshing to have a love story for someone who's not just older but not your typical blonde hair, blue eyes, full lips, twig that appear in most books. The FMC is real truly authentic and I love watching her reconnect with her confidence and finding balance and joy in her life. Truly a wonderful read and I highly recommend it. "

"The underlying message was beautiful: self-discovery and acceptance. What bothered me was the age difference. Maybe 5 years could be normal, but 10 years felt excessive. Of course, that's just my rational perspective. It's an emotionally charming story."
