Engaging romance
"I really enjoyed this book. The plot hooked me from the very beginning, and I found myself invested in Mason and Piper's journey from start to finish. The writing was strong, with excellent grammar and a smooth flow that made it easy to get lost in the story. I also appreciated the chapter lengths—they felt just right and kept me wanting to read one more chapter. The only aspect I struggled with was the frequent one-line paragraphs. While I understand they can be used for emphasis, they appeared so often that the reading experience felt a little stilted. It almost felt as though I was constantly pausing, which took me out of the story at times. I also would have loved to see more on-page tension between Piper and Reese, as I think it would have added another layer to the emotional dynamics. Overall, this is a well-written, engaging book, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m a sucker for a happy ending where love wins. I'm looking forward to reading more from this author."
