A World That Stayed With Me

"First of all, congratulations to the author (Rui) on completing this book! 🎉 You truly poured your heart into it, and it shows in every chapter. The dedication, effort, and passion behind this story are impossible to miss. Now, let's talk about the story itself. I have to admit, I don't usually read horror fantasy. In fact, The Dawn of the White Rose is the very first horror fantasy novel I've ever finished. At first, I found it a little complex, but the deeper I ventured into the story, the more fascinated I became by its concept, premise, and incredibly rich world-building. Before I knew it, reading this book had become part of my daily routine. Every day I'd tell myself, "Just one more chapter..."... and somehow, one chapter always turned into several. 😄 And now, here I am, having finished the entire book and already waiting for Book Two. Funny how that happens, isn't it? I also have to say that Rui has an extraordinary command of language. The author's vocabulary feels endless, and some of the metaphors are so beautifully crafted that they make you pause and read a paragraph twice—not because it's confusing, but because it's simply that good. As for the characters, there were quite a few that I really liked. But if I had to choose my absolute favorite, it would definitely be Ran. Right behind him would be Razor, Ptosi, and King Aros. To me, these characters are the powerful pillars of the story. Each of them brings something unique, and whenever they appeared, they made the narrative even more compelling. The Dawn of the White Rose paints its world with remarkable depth. Its emotions, characters, atmosphere, and world-building all feel vivid and alive. This isn't just another battle between good and evil. It's a story that forces you to imagine a terrifying dystopian reality and quietly asks: What if this really happened? What if the world fell into such darkness? What if despair became so overwhelming that it seemed capable of consuming every last trace of hope? Then another question follows: Who would become the light? Who would find the strength to climb out of that darkness—and help others escape it too? And believe me, the answers unfold in ways I never expected. I won't spoil anything because discovering those moments for yourself is what makes this story so rewarding. Some journeys simply deserve to be experienced firsthand, and The Dawn of the White Rose is definitely one of them. Congratulations once again, Rui. Finishing a novel is an achievement in itself, and you've created a world that stayed with me long after I turned the final page. Now all that's left is for me to impatiently wait for Book Two! ❤️📖"
