I like being alone
It makes me feel at home
No chaos nor peeps
Just me and my peace
Peace? Hmmm.
Being alone is not bad
But sometimes it makes me sad
Thinking about the things that used to make me glad
Things that no longer exist
The same things I might no longer miss
Might? Hmmm.
When I am alone I overthink
It makes me wonder why our minds cant link
I’ll get in my head and stress myself out
Thinking of things that make me want to shout
Shout? Hmmm.
All this thinking is making me hazy
Now I wonder if I am crazy
That is what comes with being alone
Just you and the silence you have owned
Silence is a good way to see how much you have grown
The love of being alone
I like being alone?
Hmmmm
