Chapter 1
Written by Matthew Sinn A.K.A. Sinbad the Mountain
My name is Lupin the 3rd, the world's greatest thief. Who was currently within Dallas, Texas/2026. With me being about 27 years old, standing at 5'8, slim body, with thick wonderful black hair and dark brown colour eyes. Currently waiting outside of the big city with my right hand man Daisuke Jigen. Standing at 5'7, thick black hair, short black goatie, dress within black an grey clothing, dark brown colour eyes, wearing his black fedora and armed with his Smith a Wesson Model 19 Revolver were patiently for our buyer outside of a small cattle ranch. With Jigen having one of his cigarettes while speaking to me in this concern voice.
I don't know about this Lupin. For the guy on the phone sounded like a pretty sketchy deal. With me replying back after drinking some water from my bottle of water. While I'll admit that the deal sounded sort of sketchy. We still managed to steal that 1879 Winchester Rifle from the museum and avoided setting off any of the alarms. Yet alone being spotted by any of the night watchmen. Plus we're going to get paid 50,000.00 dollars. Plus another 50,000.00 after we return the gear they let us borrow for the heist. Which made Jigen reply back. While I'll admit that we'll need the money after that failed heist in Nashville, Tennessee. With me agreeing with him as we started to see our buyer approaching.
Who was coming our way within this mint condition 1990's BMW 540i painted a dark blue within colour. Soon park near us with the back left window rolling down slightly with us then listening to this man speak. I assume Mr. Lupin. That you've brought the rifle in which I've requested from you. With me smiling here before speaking to our mysterious buyer. You bet we have. Who brought over the case carrying the rifle before holding it out and opening it with my right hand. Revealing that it was in here and also within perfect condition. That's when he pulled out the black briefcase and pushed it out of the window. While also handing it over to me. With me quickly checking inside of it and could clearly see.
That it had all 50,000.00 dollars inside. Which made me really happy as I spoke. I'm glad that we could do business good sir. With him soon leaving the scene and so did we. With Jigen still smoking and me driving while still smiling. Oh....boy. I can't wait to spend this money, on all the drinks and ladies we can find. With Jigen replying back. So long as we weren't back stabbed. Who should also count the cash. Just to be on the safe side. Seeing no issue with this I agreed with him as we waited until after parking within this short alleyway. Where I quickly counted all the cash with Jigen and confirmed that all the money was here. Before going to the nearest bar. Where we ordered ourselves the finest beer they had.
Which was going really well and felt like everything was going to be fine. Unaware that trouble was here in Dallas. As 30 year old Inspector Koichi Zenigata of Interpol, standing at 5'8, thick black hair, dark blue colour eyes, wearing a trench coat and well matching brown colour hat. Had arrived at the museum. Where he walked inside after showing his badge to the police officers out here. Who then walked down to the scene of the robbery within The Old West Exhibit. Who closely looked at the perfectly cut glass display case before speaking. Inspector Zenigata of Interpol. Here to ask questions about the robbery which happened last night and suspect that the criminal mastermind Lupin the 3rd was behind this. Hearing this the 42 year old museum curator, standing at 5'6, light green colour eyes and thin grey hair began speaking to him. If you must know Inspector.
The object stolen from here was a 1879 Winchester Rifle worth roughly around 60 to 80,000.00 dollars. Which was stolen from the museum around 11:30pm. With none of the alarms going off, the night watchmen seeing nothing. Yet alone hearing anything at all. Not even the sound of something dropped or broken. As if nothing happened at all. Which cause the Inspector to closely examine the case with his eyes before looking up at the sky light and asked. Did any of the security cameras outside from the other buildings see anything? The Curator replied back. Sadly no. For we asked the security of the nearby stores and other places to see if anyone saw anything? Yet alone their security cameras. Only to see nothing at all. Just like our security cameras.
Which were strangely not tampered with at all. Which made Inspector Zenigata curiously speak. When you say none of them were tampered with at all. Do you mean all the security cameras pointed at the display case? The Curator respond back. It wasn't just the cameras aimed at the display case. But in fact all over the entire museum too. Especially where the 2nd robbery happened. Suddenly surprised and confused here. Inspector Zengata replied. What other robbery? That's when the curator explained. It wasn't until an hour later that the night watchmen discovered that someone. Had broke into the museum storage space and stole an unusual piece which we were about to display tomorrow. Only to surely be stolen by the same thief. Growing curious here Inspector Zengata asked him.
What else did the thief steal? The curator was about to tell him. When they both saw this one 34 year old man approaching, Wearing a light brown shirt with a vulture on it, dark blue jeans, standing at 5′8, dark brown thick hair, black leather jacket and black shades. Take them off and revealing his dark blue colour eyes. While also wearing a badge around his neck with Inspector Zengata quickly asking the mystery man. Who are you? With him answering the inspectors question. I'm Tony Bones, bounty hunter. Who heard about the robbery that happened here and rushed over right away. As one of the police officers here spoke to him while also sounding mad. What are you doing here? Tony answered his question. I'm just here to do my job. A throw some criminal scum behind bars. Before turning his attention towards the inspector before asking.
A who exactly are you stranger? He answered Tony question. Inspector Zengata, Interpol. Now please Mr. Curator. Tell me what else the thief stole from the museum? He told them. It was an unusual piece of a wooden table from the 1870's. Which supposedly belonged to The Serpent Circle. One of the most notorious and organized gangs of the old west. Growing even more curious and also confused Inspector Zengata asked the curator. Was there anything special about this table piece? He reply. The only honest special thing about it was that the serpent being a rattlesnake. Would be able to slide out. But that's pretty much it. Which made Tony Bones respond back. That or possibly a key to something bigger. Which made Inspector Zengata asked. Like what? Tony told him. I'm not sure inspector. But I'm going to catch this thief and toss them behind bars. Which quickly made Inspector Zengata respond back in anger. Now wait just a minute bounty hunter. For I've been chasing after Lupin the 3rd for the last five years. A I plan to throw him behind bars.
Which made Tony Bones reply back with a serious expression. Look inspector. I knew what it was like to chase after a major criminal once. Which believe me, takes away more from you'r life than you think. With Inspector Zengata respond back. Well I'm still going to catch him before you do. With the inspector replying back in anger. We'll see about that. As they both hurried off from the museum to find and throw me behind bars. For it was back at a small bar that Jigen and I were having ourselves a really good drink. But also having ourselves a real good time. As I raised my glass before speaking. Here's....a toast. To getting....lots of money. With Jigen smiling here and speaking. To money. Who were about to gently tap glasses together. When my eyes spotted trouble racing over here which looked like a cop on a black colour motor bike fast approaching. While noticing the badge around their neck and spoke. Don't look now....Jigen. But trouble is....coming our way. Who turned around and spotted him too. Before quickly fleeing out the back doorway. After tossing some cash onto our table. Then risk getting ourselves caught.
