Good storyline

"I liked the overall storyline & the fact it wasn’t a standard “happy ending” story. The main characters were strong. Half-way through the story got a bit repetitive & drawn out. A bit confused on the ending, it sounded like a tragic ending with only Adrian knowing the truth of the MMC & FMC fates? I think the story could have ended sooner after that chapter. Also, did Kael’s Dad’s name change toward the end ? "
