Summary

An ancient power, older than memory itself, stirs within the cosmos. Long before history was ever written, a price was demanded—a price long since forgotten. Yet what was once decreed can never be undone. As the Legacy of the Primordial Power begins to awaken, the Shadow Guardians face the greatest adversary they have ever known. Not an enemy of flesh and blood. Not an army. But a force to which even the gods are bound. Invisible. Unstoppable. Unfathomable. It seeks neither dominion nor revenge. Only what has belonged to it since the dawn of creation. How do you fight the very magic from which the cosmos itself was born? As the ancient legacy begins to reclaim what is rightfully its own, reality itself stands on the brink of collapse. The Shadow Guardians' only hope lies in uncovering the truth behind a forgotten destiny before everything they have fought to protect is lost. But what if even their extraordinary powers are no longer enough? Will the Shadow Guardians unravel the Legacy of the Primordial Power... or become its final sacrifice?

Prologue

“Ranox, we’re going to have a child.”

Words as old as time itself.

The birth of their daughter freed Shakti from the Primordial Power—and spared her life.

But before the last memory of that unimaginable magic faded, the wind carried a voice to her.

“Where great power awakens, balance must be restored.”

The wind fell silent. For the briefest moment, even the world itself seemed to hold its breath. No one knew that with her salvation, something else had already begun.

Those words should have been forgotten. And yet, something remained. No knowledge. No memory. Only a heavy feeling that would stay with her from that day forward.

How could she warn anyone when she no longer remembered what she was meant to fear?

With time, the unease within her grew—silent, relentless like an omen.

For her powers had never been meant for the living.

Fate had long since awakened. And no one could stop it now.
