Lupin the 3rd: Sword Forest

My name is Goemon Ishikawa and I am the XIII member of Rogue Samurai. Who being 29 years old, standing at 5'8, dark blue colour eyes, thick black hair, dress within my white Kimono and wide trousers. While also being Japanese. Currently training my sword skills outside of Numata, Japan/2026. To make sure that I could handle whatever challenges stand within my way. Who was doing well within the forest. As I've managed to cut down all my straw dummies within a single run. A was about to start making myself a cup of green tea. When I got this sudden strong feeling within my gut that somebody was watching me.

As I quickly looked around while keeping my hands on my sword handle. While also speaking within a firm voice. I know somebody is out here. So you best show yourself already. That's when my eyes locked onto the one who was watching me. Who was a man, dress within this dark blue uniform, standing at 5'8, wearing a white and black colour demon mask covering the lower part of their face. But also wearing this large hat made of straw, which was hiding their face from me. As he slowly reached for his sword in a slow motion with no signs of fear or hesitation in their movement as I stood here silently.

Already knowing that whoever this is, they knew what they were doing. Before quickly attacking me within lightning speed which matched my own. As I just barely managed to block it with my drawn legendary sword. Which could slice through anything. Yet for some strange reason my sword couldn't cut through his sword. Which didn't make any sense. For the only way it couldn't cut through is it was made of the same metal. Which was near impossible for anyone to get their hands on. As we both quickly moved away from each other with us then attacking each other once more.

With me blocking a few of his strikes while doing the same to me. As I kept trying to slash him, yet he was dodging and deflecting many of my attacks. While also moving as quickly as I am. Who asked myself with worry and anger. Who is this man?! As he came close to slicing my chin. But just barely managed to dodge it. As we kept clashing swords against each other. With me still trying to bring down this mysterious dangerous man. Who tried stabbing me but managed to knock away their sword before slashing their chest as he quickly backed away. Allowing my strike to only be a flesh wound.

Rather than a lethal strike. With me growing tired and knew that I wasn't in good shape to be facing this mysterious foe. As I heard something which cause me to dodge right. While seeing these arrows fly at me. Before spotting what looked like men dress within ancient Japanese military uniforms and wielding bows and quivers full of arrows. Plus the same type of face mask as well. Fire more of them arrows towards my direction. Who dodged left and right while also cutting down those that came too close to striking me.

While also noticing the wounded swordsman keeping his distance. With me about to rush towards the man and cut him down with my sword. When many more men dress within ancient military uniforms started appearing while wielding swords, spears and bows. All of which began attacking me head on. With me holding my ground as I began cutting many of their weapons within half and others down. While also seeing their blood spray onto both me and the ground too. While also dodging the arrows and cutting some of them down.

When one of them managed to wound my upper left arm. Causing me a good deal of pain. Who knew this was bad as the blue clothing swordsman now rushed in to attack me alongside many more armed men rushing out from the direction of the town to attack. A with these arrows flying at me. My chances of winning here weren't looking too good. Leaving me with little choice but to start running towards the woods. With them seeing this and started chasing after me. As the archers did their best to try to shoot me. But struggling as I used the surrounding trees plus brush as cover.

Stopping a good amount of them from hitting me while also noticing the blue clothing swordsman quickly catching up and attacking me with his sword again. As I began blocking while running as quickly as I could. As my eyes spotted trouble up ahead. Which was more archers and armed men blocking my path ahead. As the archers began firing from the tree tops while dress as ninjas. Forcing me to turn right and keep moving while fighting. Blocking one strike after another. With me still struggling to takedown the mask enemy here. Who've managed to wound my sword wielding arm with a swift slash. Who did my very best to fight the pain I'm in.

For I couldn't afford to stop to tend to my wounds, not when in the middle of a fight. Yet alone while being pursued by armed men I've never encountered before. Who kept trading strikes as he suddenly moved away and began slashing the trees close by. Causing them to be sliced within half within an angle. Which cause the trees to begin falling towards me. Who noticed this as I easily slice the trees and stopped them from hitting me. While seeing him moving in close again to attack me.

With me still blocking many of his strikes. Before he suddenly pulled back again and could only assume he was doing so. Due to his bleeding chest wound. Which gave me my best chance to quickly escape. From both him and also those of the mysterious armed men. Allowing me a chance to tear a long piece of my Kimono. To use as a bandage for my sword wielding arm. A then another for my other wounded arm. Who knew this was bad, since during my flee through the woods here. I had left my water and other supplies behind. Which I knew was bad and that if I don't figure out who's after me. Yet alone why I'm being targeted. Then I could be facing a very serious problem.
